6 REPORT TIME On June 25, 2013, coaches will check in at 11:30 a.m. location will be determined at a later time. GAME TIMES Games will be played at Dwight Mikel Sports Complex. Game times will be announced. ADMISSION ADMISSION PRICES SET BY THE STATE Admission will be by team gate fee. Each team will be required to pay admission gate fee based on the minimum number of guaranteed games scheduled for that team. 2 Game Guarantee $ Game Guarantee $ or more Game Guarantee $ It is suggested this fee shared equally by the parents of the team. Fee is payable Friday, June 21, Make checks payable to Covington County Softball League. PARK RULES 1. No coolers will be allowed in the park. A water cooler will be provided for each team in their respective dugout. 2. No outside food may be brought into the park. 3. Any spectator or coach who becomes disruptive will be asked to leave the park immediately. 4. No pets allowed. 5. No artificial noise makers or air horns. 6. No tobacco products allowed outside of vehicle. 7. Babe Ruth Tournament Rules also apply. TEE SHIRTS T-Shirts will be SOLD on site during the tournament.

Tournament documents are to be placed in a three (3) ring binder in the order listed below. 2. These documents are to be placed in clear plastic, top loading sheet protector before being placed in the binder.
