8 Special Instructions and Notes POYC and the Regional Commissioner has the authority to remove any fans, players, coaches, or managers for misconduct on or away from the field during the tournament. Sportsmanship and respect will be expected from all! POYC ask that No coolers or ice chest be brought into facility. Water will be provided for players in each dug out. Concession will be available during games. POYC is a Drug and Alcohol Free Facility. Tournament Directors ask that all players, coaches, managers and fans be dressed appropriately during all tournament functions. Casual clothing may be worn but must be appropriate. All players, managers, and coaches must be in full uniform for games. You will be responsible for bringing your State flag to check-in and Opening Ceremonies. Open fields will be provided for warm up prior to game times. POYC is very proud of our park and facility, please do your part in helping maintain the grounds. Any vandalism or destruction will result in removal and authorities called. Be proud of these young athletes and lead them by example!!!!!!
