1 Review of transactions database The fourth quarter of 2003 The present review is the first quarterly statistics compiled by the Estonian Land Board. The purpose of this review is not to estimate or give comments, but to reflect real estate market in numbers. The Estonian Land Board receives transaction data from transaction certificates submitted by notaries; these certificates include information on deeds with immovable property and with buildings as movable property.
