3 Why it is important to participate in Congress? The first Congress of European Managers is a unique event in its content, participants and goals. For the first time in the history of managerial movements one event will bring together all European management associations. This historical event will bring together leaders from the business and social life, leaders of managerial associations of European countries, representatives of the diplomatic corps and international organizations. It is a privilege to be in Budva on June 6 th and 7 th, to meet with colleagues and have the opportunity to strengthen the personal network, hear useful and inspiring educational activities and spend beautiful moments in the amazing surroundings of Montenegrin sea coast. Congress is not only a place for new ideas, inspiration and networking, but also a place where we will send a strong message to the leaders of the social and business life of Europe. Leaders from over 20 countries will share their thoughts about the dilemmas that are ahead us in these challenging times. The main event of the Congress is the Conference "Leadership in challenging times".
