Dougan; WHEATSTOCKS IN STORE Canadian wheat in store for the week ending August 21, 1942 decreased 3,991,937 bushels as compared with the previous week and decreased 59,922,891 bushels when oompared with the corresponding week in 1941 The amount in store was reported as 402,396,933 bushels oompared with 406 ) 388,870 bushels for the previous week and ,824 bushels for the week of August 22, 1941, The stocks of 402,396,933 bushels include 710,519 bushels of Durum wheat. CANADIAN WHEAT IN CANADA The wheat stocks in elevators and in transit in Canada fc t1 - week ending August 21, 1942 were bushels compared with 385, bushels for the previous week and 432,488,167 bushels for the week ending August 22, 1941, Stocks of wheat in Canadian elevators were located as follows: Western Country Elevators 127 ; 715 ; 000; Interior Private and Mill 5772,000; Interior Public and Semi- Public 19,264,847; Vancouver-New Westminster 17,160,772; Victoria ; Prinee Rupert 1,205,881; Churchill Fort William and Port Arthur 130,52,328; Eastern Elevators Lake Ports 41, and Eastern Elevators Seaboard Ports 21,977,805 bushels, Decreaso3 were noted at Western Country Elevators of 2,285000; Interior Private and Mill 85,000; Eastern Elevators Lake Ports 799,985 and Eastern E1vators Seaboard Ports 366,498 bushels, while increases were shown at Interior Public and Semi-Public of 233,049; Vancouver-New Wostninstor 52,576 and Fort William and Port Arthur 1, bushels.
