14 Measuring Instructions Determine Hardware Width Rod width does not include the length of the finials. 5 overlap on each side of the window is recommended. Measuring for Bay Windows To order a bay window pole set correctly, provide the separate wall measurement of each section of the bay. In the drawing below, sections are noted as A, B, and C. Option requires 25% surcharge and includes a 5 year warranty. Hardware must be installed under an eave or overhang that prevents direct exposure to the elements. Finial Connector Detail: It is not recommended to cut poles. Doing so will damage the Finial Connector in the pole. By-Pass Brackets and By-Pass Rings All center support brackets included with the pole sets are low profile brackets which allow the C-Rings to smoothly slide past the bracket for larger treatments. These brackets also feature a 1 high horizontal mounting base for installations with limited wall space. The By-Pass Rings are designed to be used with the By-Pass Center Support Brackets for large one-way draw treatments requiring a center support. Unique magnetic brackets require no set screws. 15 Ordering Information All Pole Sets and Traverse Rods are made to your exact measurements. Order exact Pole / Rod width. It is not recommended to cut poles down due to the design of the finial connector. Finials and brackets are included with all sets. Rings purchased separately. Standard manufacturing sizes - Incur no additional charges. Sets up to 96 1 piece Sets pieces (includes center splice) Sets pieces (includes 2 splices) Specifying sizes other than standard will incur additional charges. When ordering sets for bay and corner windows, wall measurements and degree of angles must be specified. Shipping Information Orders are shipped within business days. 5 Day Rush orders are available. Must have prior factory approval and a 20% surcharge will be applied. The Rush option is not available for orders including the Outdoor Ready Finish option or for non-standard sizes. Orders are shipped directly to your location. All orders are FOB factory. Standard orders will ship by FedEx. Sets over 108 will incur additional shipping charges.
