14 FAQ S Q. How difficult is set up? A. It s super easy! All our fire pits are do-it-yourself (DIY) setup. Most kits assemble in less than one hour. We provide full instructions with telephone support. Q. What about shipping? A. We offer very economical shipping with direct to your door service throughout the Continental USA and Canada. Some conditions apply. We drop-ship direct to the customer residence. Q. Can we customize our fire pit order? A. Yes, to a certain degree. As an example, many customers order Extra Height to their order along with a various other available options. Contract us for more information. Q. Can Granite handle freeze-thaw cycles? A. Absolutely yes. Granite is 3x stronger than concrete and easily withstands extreme heat or cold. You can leave your granite fire pit outdoors all year long without any worries. Q. Do we need to glue our granite fire pit together? A. No. Due to the strength and weight of granite, the majority of our customers dry stack our granite fire pits. We do suggest glueing the top cap stones to protect against children pulling the stones from the fire pit. Never burn unsupervised. For outdoor use only, unless otherwise specified.
