3 REGISTRATION Sign up for summer camp starting February 1 at GirlScoutsToday.org! Mark your calendar because sessions fill quickly. All Girl Scouts in grades 2-12 (the grade girls are entering in the fall) are invited to attend overnight sessions at Camp Liberty. Daisy Girl Scouts in grade 1 can attend family camp and day camp sessions. Girls that are not registered members of Girl Scouts are invited to summer camp too! Non-members just need to pay an additional $25. All registrations require a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be applied toward the total camp fee ($25 non-refundable deposit for sessions as noted). After completing her registration, visit the summer camp page on GirlScoutsToday.org to download your copy of the Family Handbook with important information to prepare your daughter for summer camp. PROGRAM CREDITS Your Girl Scout can use program credits earned from the Fall Sale and Cookie Sale Programs to attend summer camp. Program credits cannot be used toward the initial $50 non-refundable deposit, but can be applied later to the total camp fee in the registration system. TIERED PRICING To accommodate all of our families, there are three pricing levels. Simply choose the tier that is most suitable for your family. Don t worry the tier system won t influence a girl s experience at camp we just want all girls to have the opportunity to explore the outdoors. When you register, you ll be asked to select the tier your family can afford. Tier A reflects the true cost of camp, including staff expenses, maintenance, food, program, and supplies. Tier B is a partially subsidized rate, but closely reflects the costs associated with camp. Tier C is our standard subsidized fee, supported by other revenue sources, donations, and grants. V.I.C. PROGRAM The Very Important Camper (V.I.C.) Program gives current campers priority registration. After your campers sessions is complete, watch for her opportunity to become a V.I.C. and enjoy exclusive perks for girls who love summer camp! V.I.C. s must be registered Girl Scouts. Renewal begins in early April for the membership year. So make sure to renew your camper to fulfill her V.I.C. status. CAMP BUDDIES Bring your BFF to camp! Each pair of friends that attend will receive an exclusive Camp Liberty photo frame. Camp friends don t need to be current members of Girl Scouts. All non-members will pay an additional $25 when registering. CAMPER GEAR Order her an exclusive 2018 Camp Liberty shirt for just $10! This pre-order will only be available with registration. There are six levels for girls to progress through, and at the end of each week, families are invited to the arena for a Camp Liberty Horse Show. Each girl will showcase what she learned!
