2 WELCOME Welcome o Las Vegas Moor Speedway! QUIET HOURS We are glad you are here and hope you enjoy he schedule of evens planned during your visi. Please read he enclosed informaion very carefully o make your visi o Las Vegas Moor Speedway enjoyable and safe. The following rules will be sricly enforced by LVMS Securiy and he Las Vegas Meropolian Police Deparmen. Quie hours are from p.m. 7 a.m. If LVMS Securiy is called o your space due o a disurbance, he RV owner will be given a wrien warning. Coninued violaion may resul in forfeiure of RV passes and removal from LVMS propery. Please be responsible during posed quie hours and respec your neighbors. LVMS owns and conrols all righs o space locaions for all evens a he rack. Moorhome parking passes are emporary licenses for he space and ime period ha is prined on he pass. This permi licenses he holder o park one () vehicle in he assigned area for he even specified. Commercial aciviies of any kind are prohibied wihou prior wrien permission from Speedway Moorspors, Inc., or LVMS. speed limi Park a your own risk; SMI/LVMS and heir officers, agens, employees and affiliaes are no liable for any loss of any kind o vehicle or oher propery of he permi holder. Accepance of his permi consiues acknowledgemen by holder ha he/she has read and consens o he erms hereof. GUIDELINES FOR MINORS We wan everyone o have a grea ime here a LVMS, so please keep your children s safey in mind during he even. The curfew for minors is 0 p.m. daily. Speed limi in all RV areas is ALWAYS 5 mph. in case of emergency If you need emergency assisance, call (702) Please have your space number and he name of your RV lo available when you call o expedie arrival. LVMS Securiy is on duy 24 hours a day. RASH PICKUP Place your full bags of rash near he service road by your RV space by 6 a.m. daily. Showers Showers will be available Wednesday, Oc. 25 Sunday, Oc. 29 from 6 a.m. 6 p.m. They are locaed o he lef of he RV enrance. Minors under he age of 8 mus be accompanied by an adul afer 0 p.m. For he safey of your children, please keep hem wihin eye conac a all imes. Trailers Trailers used as sleeping quarers are accepible or a small uiliy railer soring gear is accepible, as long as i fis in your space. Trailers wih adverising are no permied wihou consen of LVMS. 3 RULES & REGULATIONS RV Campground RULES AND REGULATIONS Golf cars, hover boards, quads, scooers, skaeboards, Segways, dir bikes or any oher similar personal ransporaion devices are sricly prohibied on LVMS propery. This includes licensed vehicles ha may be sree legal. Licensed sree moorcycles are permied wih he proper suppor vehicle pass affixed. Failure o comply wih he above will resul in impounding. All RV passes and ow vehicle passes mus be securely aached o he ouside of he windshield so ha he pass is clearly visible from he service road neares o your assigned space. Each vehicle mus have he appropriae credenial. All RV sies may only have he RV and one () vehicle onsie. Exra vehicles will be parked in an assigned area and mus possess an Exra Tow Vehicle pass ha can be purchased prior o he even or a he gae for $30. Tow/suppor vehicles mus be parked inside your assigned space. Pickup rucks equipped wih campers are no considered ow vehicles and are required o have an assigned space and he proper RV credenial. RV and ow vehicle passes are non-ransferable. Exra vehicles in your assigned space are subjec o ow, a owner s expense. Anyone caugh wih copied or counerfei passes will be removed from LVMS propery, wihou refund. Violaors are subjec o prosecuion. Horseshoe-ype parking of RVs is permied, excep ha an unobsruced view and clear lane from he service road mus be kep open a all imes in case of an emergency. LVMS reserves he righ o make changes o any parking paern deemed unsafe. See page 9 for an example. One () EZ-Up syle shade per space is permied; maximum size is 0 f x 0 f. The EZ-Up mus be securely fasened o he ground and/or RV and mus fi inside your assigned space, wihou blocking he view of your compound from he service road. In he ineres of safey, if wind speed exceeds 5 m.p.h. LVMS reserves he righ o have all srucures removed. Camping ens and/or pary renal ens, see-hrough or oherwise, are no permied in any of he RV los. Ten camping is NOT permied a LVMS. Awnings ha are aached o your RV are permied, provided i fis inside your assigned space and does no block he sigh lines of neighboring guess or views inside your compound. LVMS is no responsible for los, damaged or solen propery. Scaffolding or cusom-buil RV roof plaforms are permied. Mechanical lifs of any ype are prohibied. Please make sure you have a handrail insalled and he heigh of he floor deck does no exceed 3' 6". If a scaffold or plaform is blocking he view of a TV camera, you will be asked o lower i. Shade ens and/or umbrellas are no permied on he RV roof plaform. Space holder assumes all risk and liabiliy in he use of such srucures. Due o miliary aircraf aciviy and FAA regulaions, any and all radio-conrolled aerial devices, o include, bu no limied o, kies, sky lanerns, drones and ANY unmanned aerial devices are BANNED from LVMS propery. Firearms, fireworks and weapons of any ype are no permied. Violaors are subjec o arres. Exernal sereo or elevision speakers are no permied. Tracor-railers, box rucks, cargo rucks or renal rucks are no permied. Soliciaion of any ype is no permied on LVMS propery. The sale of food, beverages, souvenirs or merchandise is prohibied. Please be considerae o ohers and pick up afer your pes. All pes mus be kep on a maximum six (6) foo leash a all imes. Flashing lighs on RVs or flagpoles are prohibied. Flagpoles mus be securely aached o your vehicle. All vehicles and RV sies are subjec o search. Bicycles are permied o be operaed on LVMS propery under he following guidelines: o Do no ride bicycles on he drag srip or in he pis. o Obey all posed signage. o Use common sense while operaing your bicycle. o Operaor assumes all responsibiliy and assumpion of risk by operaing a bicycle on LVMS propery. Acions deemed unsafe by LVMS will resul in impounding of he bicycle. All RVs should be self-conained. Generaors are no permied during quie hours. A no ime is i permissible o connec any elecrical cords o he LVMS generaors supplying power for ligh owers or oher elecrical equipmen necessary o provide for he safey of LVMS parons. 4 5

4 RV INFORMATION ARRIVAL/deparure INSTRUCTIONS Each of he Las Vegas Moor Speedway RV los will open a noon on Wednesday, Oc. 25. Early arrivals will no be allowed ino he lo. Burnou RV Arrive via Las Vegas Blvd. a Enry 8 Trackside RV Arrive via Las Vegas Blvd. a Enry 8 All campers mus be removed from LVMS propery no laer han noon on Monday, Oc. 30. Trackside RV lo space regulaions One () ow vehicle per sie will be allowed eiher conneced o he RV or parked direcly behind he sie parallel o he fence mainaining a fire lane a all imes. There is a walkway locaed along he fron row of he Trackside RV. Do no se up any ype of srucure ha could preven pedesrians from walking down his lane. If you are blocking he view of ohers in your area, you will be asked o remove any obsrucions. Keep your grandsand icke wih you a all imes while enering or exiing he Trackside RV. You mus possess a wrisband AND valid icke for ha day. You will be asked o vacae he area if you do no have he appropriae color wrisband for ha day. Ticke gae Regulaions One non-alcoholic beverage per gues is permied. Beverages are no o exceed 20 ounces. Beverages mus be conained in plasic spors boles or plasic cups. A singular food iem per gues is permied. Examples include a sandwich, crackers, chips or frui. Family sized bags of food are no permied. Burnou RV Ticke Gae Only: Afer he firs pair of pro cars or moorcycles have passed, only a single bole of waer per gues may be carried in for he remainder of he day. Fire regulaions A fire exinguisher wihin easy reach is required. U.L. approved, fully enclosed cooking pis are permied. Open fires and/or barrel fires are no permied. Excessive supplies of wood are no permied. No more han /4 of a cord of wood may be sored in any one locaion. Flammable subsances are no permied wihin 20 fee of a fire. Never leave a fire unaended. ADA Assisance If you need assisance o ravel from eiher RV o he reserved grandsands (opposie side of he rack from boh RV s), noify he gae supervisor a he icke gae facing he RV s. The gae supervisor will coordinae an ADA shule pick-up for you ha will ake you o he reserved grandsand elevaor Tower. For a reurn ride, ADA shules will pick up hose needing assisance a he reserved grandsand elevaor Tower. If you require a running generaor overnigh for Oxygen, CPAP or any oher medical condiion, you mus speak o he RV Coordinaor prior o he even. imporan reminder During race weekend, we will be closing he specaor gaes exacly one () hour afer he las pass down The Srip.
