12 October 2012 Lagoon dewatering ceases and daily flows settle in at 0.25 MGD MCES performs 1/month self monitoring and 1/month Control Authority monitoring Flows reported back to IU 1/week Nov 2012-May 2013 Approved sample location not conducive to accurate representative sample May Appleton name changes to Appvion, Inc.

13 Sept POTW performing IU self monitoring ceased Oct TSS mg/l increased to surchargeable level. Why? December POTW met with Appvion to review TSS information. Jan-March 2014: 3 month period for further study; surcharges to start 4/1/14?
