President s report: Rick welcomed the members and wished Happy Birthday to all those celebra#ng in October. George Miller thanked everyone for prayers during his recent surgery and said he is recovery but slow, also men#oned that Sharon stopped smoking and is proud of her. Rick announced all the upcoming Car shows for October for more info please check the calendar. Atlan#c City trip is scheduled for February 11, 2017 two buses will be reserved, hope we can sell both. The club picnic was held on September 18 and everyone who amended had a great #me. The club will host a covered bridge tour on October 16, we will gather at the Bakery Express at 10:30am. Anyone wishing to amend to contact Russ. Swap Meet will be held at Gerst Farm on October 22 from 8am to 2pm. Vendor table are $20, food and drinks will be available. Don t forget Gino s on Wednesday nights. Wishing all the best of health to George Miller, Molly Boyd, John Pulver, Bill Hall, Dave Bielecki and Doug Prinkey. Treasures report: The club is working on gexng a Credit Card machine ready for the Veterans Show. New Members: None Mee#ng ended at 8:48pm with a prayer. The Street Survivors of Maryland, Inc. is a 501c Not for Profit Organization. The objectives of this club are to promote interest in the preservation and enjoyment of old cars, accessories and associated lore, and to enjoy the companionship of their owners. Also to raise funds for charitable organizations or individuals deemed needy by the Board and General Membership. 2

Arnold owned Marco Builders from 1973 until He enjoyed street rods especially his 1940 Pontiac, camping, and spending time with his family. 6 THE COVERED BRIDGE AND WINERY CRUISE ON OCT. 16. WAS A GREAT SUCCESS, THANKS RUSS RICHARDS FOR ORGANIZING THIS GREAT DAY OF FUN. THE WEATHER WAS BEAUTIFUL. WE LEFT THE BAKERY EXPRESS AND TRAVELED ON FREDERICK RD THROUGH THE BEAUTIFUL COUNTRYSIDE TO THE LINGANORE WINERY FOR A TOUR AND WINE TASTING. FROM THERE WE TRAVELED THROUGH THE COUNTRYSIDE AND OVER THE UTICA AND LOYS STATION COVERED BRIDGES. WE ENDED OUR DAY AT THE MOUNTAIN GATE FAMILY RESTAURANT IN THURMONT FOR A DELICIOUS DINNER AND SOME FUN GAMES AND PRIZES RUSS HAD PLANNED. IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN A BETTER DAY! 6
