2 Asset Summary Solstice is a proposed 22 acre private resort and event destination located in Sonoma County, just north of Santa Rosa. The property has an advantaged proximity to Highway 101, the main freeway connecting Sonoma County to the greater Bay Area. It is also less than 3 miles to the new SMART train line scheduled for operation in late 2016, and the recently expanded Sonoma County Airport is less than 10 miles away offering daily flights to LA, Seattle and San Diego.
