The discounted rates quoted in Australian Dollars apply, subject to availability, to reservations made via Judy Lane International Conference Services (Judy Lane ICS) by 1 September Any reservation made after this date will be subject to availability and possible rate increase. Please note that Judy Lane ICS is the only hotel booking agency partnering with IBA for this conference. For the location of the hotels, please refer to the map on page 2 of this brochure. The IBA will provide transportation to the ICC (conference venue), only where indicated in the hotel descriptions in this brochure. If your reservation is with The Four Seasons Hotel, a non-refundable deposit of one night s room rate will be charged to your credit card by the hotel one month prior to your arrival. Aboriginal Heritage Walk Participants are transferred to the Royal Botanic Gardens, where they will experience the world s oldest living culture on an exclusive guided walking tour of the Gardens where the original inhabitants of gathered plants, seeds and roots for food and medicine. Participants will then be treated to a traditional Aboriginal welcome followed by a heritage walk through the park by an Aboriginal elder for a journey of discovery. Booking an excursion All excursions can be booked via the online registration form Your booking will be confirmed within hours of your booking request All excursions have a minimum and maximum number. Minimum numbers must be met for the excursion to go ahead. All excursions include return transfers to and from the International Convention Centre unless otherwise stated For any excursions that are fully booked a waitlist will be in operation The excursion booking form will close by 2 October 2017 Payment policy Full payment of the excursion will be required at time of booking All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) Payment can be made via the online registration form.
