The show management office will be open as follows: :00-21: :00-21: :00-17:30 Alternatively, please come to the Organizer s service counter at 1# Entrance Hall (South Entrance Hall) during move-in period. Show Time The shows will be open to trade visitors as follows: :00-16: :00-16:00 With your exhibitor badge you will have access to the halls from 08:30 am during show period. Payment The entire participation fee needs to be paid in full (100%) before the build-up period, otherwise you will not be permitted to enter the hall. All payments for the additional orders should be paid before or during the build-up period to our bank account or to the management office on-site. 2 水 电 气供应现场正式供水 电 气的开始时间为 2016 年 9 月 24 日上午 10 点 开展前一天 2016 年 9 月 25 日供水 电 气至晚上 9 点 最终供应时间须以现场实际情况及展馆确认为准 因展馆规定, 出于安全的角度考虑压缩空气不接受提前或延时供应, 即便展商晚上加班, 压缩空气也将定时切断, 不会因此而延长供应 现场订单现场订单项目将被加收 50% 的附加费, 且视现场情况决定是否可以提供 个人物品请您在展期内看管好您的展位, 展品和个人物品由您自行负责保管 商务中心 / 网络中心如果您申请了网线服务, 现场的开通时间为 2016 年 9 月 24 日下午, 请在展位上耐心等待 位于展馆 1# 入口大厅 ( 南入口大厅 ) 处的商务中心, 可提供电话 传真以及复印服务 此服务另行计费 * 展馆内不提供免费的网络接入服务 免费班车主办单位安排免费班车接送早上由以下酒店至展馆, 下午由展馆至以下酒店的展商 : 上海淳大万丽酒店 上海证大丽笙酒店 上海帝盛大酒店 上海东怡大酒店 上海新金桥智选假日酒店 上海佳友维景大酒店 开展期间, 提供免费往来场馆 1# 入口大厅 龙阳路地铁站的短驳班车, 以下为班车时刻表 : :30-17: :30-13:30 展台清洁主办单位将对展馆通道及标准展位进行清洁, 光地参展商的清洁应由您自行指定的承建商进行 吸烟展厅内禁止吸烟 噪音控制各类音响器材所发出的声音不得超过 75 分贝 餐饮为了保证食品安全, 场馆外的饮食不得带进场馆 请到展馆内的餐厅或小食部购买 请不要在展台内就餐, 以保持展台的清洁 知识产权如在本展览会上有任何涉及产品知识产权争议的事项, 当事人可前往其位于 E1 号馆 E1F15 的知识产权咨询办公室联系并投诉 Overtime Application If you (or your contractor) need to apply for overtime work, please go to Customer Service Centre located at 1# Entrance Hall (South Entrance Hall) for your application before 15:00 each day. Later orders will be subjected to a 50% surcharge. The charge for extended working hours from 18:00 to 22:00 is RMB 1,200 per hour for every 1,000 square meter hall area and RMB 2,400 after 22:00 each day. * The organizers will not grant any requests to remove any exhibits from the hall before the official dismantling time. Water, Electricity and Compressed Supply Water, electricity and compressed air on-site are officially supplied from 10:00 am on 24 September On 25 September 2016, water, electricity & compressed air will be cut at 21:00. Orders are subject to availability and the actual supply time depends on the on-site situation and the confirmation from the hall owner. As requested by the hall owner, for safety reasons compressed air will not be accepted for advanced or continuous supply even if exhibitors apply for extended working hours. On-Site Orders Site orders are subject to stock availability and a 50% surcharge. Personal Belongings Please be careful and lock up your personal belongs during the entire period of the exhibition. Every exhibitor bears the responsibility for his/her own exhibits and personal belongings. Business & Internet Centre Internet will be available in the afternoon on September , if you have applied for this service. There is a business centre at 1# Entrance Hall (South Entrance Hall) with telephone, copy and fax services for a fee. No Free internet access in the hall. Shuttle Bus The organizer has arranged free shuttle buses from the following hotels to the SNIEC in the morning and back in the afternoon: Renaissance Shanghai Pudong Hotel Radisson Blu Hotel Parkview Hotel Dorsett Shanghai Hotel Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Jinqiao Central Grand Metro Park Jiayou Hotel Furthermore, the organizer has arranged free shuttle buses between Long Yang Road Metro Station and 1# entrance hall on September. Smoking Smoking is prohibited in the hall. Noise Control All types of audio-visual performances or presentations inside the hall should not exceed 75db. Catering To Ensure Food Safety, outside food and drinks are not allowed to bring into the exhibition halls. Please order via the official caterers of the exhibition halls or buy from restaurants or cafeteria at the fairground.
