Many airlines outsource ground handling to 3rd parties Ground handlers operate on narrow margins inhibiting investment They work on disconnected system with no insight into baggage volume or actions related to service disruptions My passenger information is not integrated between the airline, Ground Handler and airport. Some airports makes me feel I am at a shopping centre
