1 Ticketing Instructions for Eligible Travel Agencies Document valid as from November 2017 Global Meetings is an online product which allows you (or the event organizer directly) to choose SkyTeam as Official Alliance Network and to allow event attendees to benefit from several advantages, including discounted air fares. This booklet contains information for SkyTeam Global Meetings fares and ticketing. Pre requisite to benefit from this program: Event shall have a minimum of 50 potential passengers flying by air from 2 different countries Event shall be recorded as a SkyTeam event on Travel Agency must be authorized to issue airline tickets with SkyTeam Global Meetings discounts The event ID you received together with the following Ticketing Instructions allow Agencies to issue the airline tickets with SkyTeam Global Meetings discounted fares on selected carriers. Please contact our service desk at globalmeetings@skyteam.com for all your inquiries regarding the SkyTeam Global Meetings program. The below ticketing instructions are for all participating SkyTeam airlines. 5 General Airlines Ticketing Instructions Rules extract (see all details in CRS) Pre requisite : event ID code shall be obtained by recording event on Discount can be granted to the participant based on the Event ID Event ID code + date + name of event must be shown on endorsement box Passenger shall carry proof of participation to the event and may be asked to show it at time of boarding. Min - max stay / validity dates of the event : travel is authorized 5 days before the event and 5 days after the event with min 1 day during the event No children discounts or other discounts No agency commission All of the above conditions must be fulfilled to justify the application of this fare, otherwise a full fare readjustment will result. 6 Specific Airline Ticketing Instructions Carrier will send as of the effective date of the Corporate Incentive Agreement Ticket instructions to the Agents of registered SGM client. It is the responsibility of registered client to ensure that the Agents are always in possession of updated ticketing instructions as long as these instructions are correctly communicated in the appropriate format by the Carrier to the Agents of registered client. 1. User of corporate fare: the contracted Company staff use only. 2. Applicable ticket stock: CZ document Applicable flights: the domestic flights operated and marketed by CZ, and international flights marketed by CZ, Not applicable to CZ hard-block code-share flights or charter flights. Not applicable on CZ341/2, CZ3083/4. 4. Applicable fares: CZ corporate up-front discounts are only allowed on CZ published fares without tour code. For the special fares published by CZ with a tour code: A. Special fares with a tour code less than 8 characters cannot be applied with the above discounts but can be accumulated to the Company s total spend and be evaluated as total revenue. B. Special fares with a tour code more than 8 characters can neither be applied with the above discounts nor be accumulated to the Company s total spend. 5. Tour Code: V A. Required for all international bookings (including trips to/from Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan) in all GDSs. B. V has to be input after fare code if any, but the fare code should be less than 8 digits/letters. The purpose it to track Company s total spend on Carrier for use of accurate performance evaluation. 6. Corporate Number: MEETINGS or V For Travelsky (1E) A. The reservation system will automatically recognize the Corporate Number together with a Corporate code: DKMEETINGS or DK (meantime, tour code input kept the same unchanged) DK mark in front without any space in between, in both FC and FP. B. CZ corporate fare auto calculation instruction: PAT:A#CDKMEETINGS or PAT:A#CDK130430(7-digit CZ corporate number) C. NO NEED to input RMK for CZ corporate ticket tracking.
