2 Overview Currently, Etihad Chauffeur is available for Diamond First and Pearl Business guests traveling on Etihad operated flights to the following destinations Australia (Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney) Belgium (Brussels) Canada (Toronto) China (Beijing) England (London and Manchester) France (Paris) German (Frankfurt and Munich) Ireland (Dublin) Russia (Moscow) Singapore Switzerland (Geneva) Thailand (Bangkok) UAE USA (Chicago and New York) For the most up to date information on the qualifications for Etihad Chauffeur service see: The "limo segments" will be requested as an SSR in all Travelport systems. The new SSR LIMO will be applicable only to EY. Customer Benefit Travelport agencies will be provided the ability via a new SSR (SSR LIMO) to request chauffeur limousine service to eligible Etihad premium passengers. Detail and Customer Examples The booking agent will need to manually enter the SSR LIMO in the following format: SSRLIMOEYNN1PU (pickup information) (name) SSRLIMOEYNN1DO (drop-off information) (name) The SSR will be edited to verify that NN1 is followed by PU or DO. Information following PU or DO will be free format. Therefore, there will be NO edits on the information following the PU or DO Existing SSR processing will place the SSR LIMO in history after creation, modification, and deletion. Even though Etihad Chauffer is only applicable to Diamond First and Pearl Business travelers, no edit for flight class and/or traveller eligibility will be validated. All SSR LIMO requests will be sent to Etihad on a NN basis so Etihad will reject and send back a UC reply IF the passenger is not booked in one of the Page 2

3 Etihad Diamond First or Pearl Business classes of service. It is agent responsibility to verify if class of service booked is eligible for chauffeur limousine service. Agents will need to reference the Etihad Airways web page for applicability, rules, and parameters that apply to the usage of the chauffeur limousine service.
