24 Guidelines A. Revised Payment System 1. Color coded Fare Tokens will be used to identify passengers destination / pick up point and corresponding fare rate 2. Tokens shall be valued as follows: White = P35 Blue = P30 Red = P25 Yellow = P20 Green = P15 3. Fare Tokens are available from off-board conductors stationed at FPIP II Terminal RRJ-888 personnel wearing proper identification shall be stationed at the terminal to guide passengers to the off-board conductors 24

25 Guidelines B. Payment Mechanics - Inbound 1. The following are allowed to ride the inbound shuttles Regular Locator employees bearing their valid company IDs Agency-hired employees of Locators bearing their Locator-issued or FPIPissued Service Provider IDs 2. Embarking passengers shall present their IDs to the driver 3. The driver shall issue to the passenger a color coded Fare Token representing his pick up point location upon entry into shuttle 25

26 Guidelines B. Payment Mechanics - Inbound 4. Upon disembarking at the FPIP II Terminal, passengers shall be met at the door by off-board conductors 5. Passengers shall surrender Fare Tokens to off-board conductors and remit fare payment 26

27 Guidelines C. Payment Mechanics - Outbound 1. All persons already inside FPIP shall be allowed to ride outbound shuttle 2. Passengers shall buy color coded Fare Tokens from the off-board conductors at FPIP II terminal before boarding their corresponding shuttles 3. Drivers shall not be allowed to accept cash payments. Passengers are encouraged to report drivers accepting cash payments 4. Passengers shall surrender Fare Tokens to drivers upon disembarking 27

28 Guidelines C. Payment Mechanics - Outbound 5. Passengers who will disembark at locations farther than what they paid for shall be identified by the driver and reported to his Locator employer s HR Department for counselling 6. No refund for passengers who will disembark at locations nearer than what they paid for to prevent confusion 28
