8 CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL For full Terms and Conditions, please refer to our website Airport Departures Due to the precise nature of aircraft timetables, airport transfer passengers should aim to be ready and waiting outside their hotel or designated pickup point at least 10 minutes prior to pick-up time. This should enable passengers to connect with their respective flights. Con-X-ion advises that the coach is unable to wait for passengers who are not ready at the agreed pickup time for departures. We aim to keep waiting time to a minimum, although short delays may occur beyond our control. Clients are advised to reconfirm their transfer booking 24 hours prior to travel. Baggage Information Luggage is limited to one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person (per Airport weight guidelines). Con-x-ion needs to be advised of any additional luggage at time of booking for which clients will be advised of additional charges. Please note: Surfboards can only be transported if they are 6 (2m) and under. Clients failure to advise Con-X-ion of excess luggage could result in being unable to accommodate extra luggage in the space provided. Passengers are strongly advised to purchase relevant Travel Insurance. Please note: Fares and Times are subject to change without notice Airport Arrivals - Economy Transfers For all Domestic arrivals, departure from the airport by bus - we allow up to 30 minutes for baggage collection and an additional 30 minutes waiting time as standard For all International arrivals, departure from the airport by bus - we allow up to 1 hour to clear Customs and an additional 30 minutes waiting time as standard. Premium Economy Transfers For all Domestic arrivals, departure from the airport by bus we allow 30 minutes for luggage collection and expect to leave shortly after. For all International arrivals, departure from the airport by bus we allow up to 1 hour to clear Customs and expect to leave shortly after. If you have collected your luggage, and after 15 minutes cannot make contact with the Driver, please contact our Office on (24hr Hotline Press 1 to speak to an operator ). Brisbane Domestic/International Airport Arrival Procedure. Passenger/s arriving on Brisbane Domestic Airport flights are met at their carriers luggage carousel in the terminal. International passengers will exit customs, turn left and proceed to the MEETING POINT. Our drivers will greet you wearing a red CON-X-ION cap and displaying a board with the passenger s name. If you have not made contact with the driver after 60 minutes please contact us on our toll free help line: 1300 CONXION ( ). After you disembark, please turn your mobile phone on in the event we need to make Sunshine Coast Airport Passengers are met by their carriers luggage carousel. The driver will be displaying a welcome greet board with the passengers name on it. It is essential you make contact with the driver. Sydney Domestic/International Airport Arrival Procedure. Upon collection of luggage, please phone toll free number (if you do not have a mobile phone, there are public phones in both terminals) you will be connected with our dispatch office who will provide instructions on where to meet your airport shuttle bus. Melbourne Domestic/International Airport Arrival Procedure (Tullamarine, Melbourne Airport) Upon collection of luggage (or clearing customs for International), proceed to the Free Call display wall in Terminal 2, locate the Con-x-ion display box and ring with the phone provided. You will be connected with an operator who will direct you to your shuttle. Hobart Airport Domestic passengers are met directly outside the baggage hall. International passengers upon arrival and after clearing and exiting customs, please seek your driver once you have cleared security. The driver will be displaying a welcome greeting board with the passenger s name. It is essential to make contact with the driver. Late Flights Please note passengers that are booked on the last coach service allocated for the day that arrive on a delayed flight and miss their allocated pick up will need to make alternative transport arrangements at their own expense. In this situation, Con-X-ion will refund the transfer price. Con-X-ion is not responsible for delayed flights. For delayed flights, please phone our office on (07) and you will be updated on the next available service pick up time. Con-X-ion recommends travellers to take out relevant travel insurance. Cancellation Policy Refunds will only be made subject to the following conditions: Cancellation in excess of 24 hours refunded 100% of charges payable. Cancellation under 24 hours, with more than 12 hours notice given, incurs 50% penalty. Cancellation less than 12 hours will incur a NIL refund. There is a $5.00 cancellation (administration) fee with every credit card booking. Gold Coast Airport Domestic Jetstar, Tiger Airways and Virgin Blue passengers are met by their carriers luggage carousel in the Terminal. International passengers are met directly outside the custom exit doors. The driver will be wearing a distinctive blue company shirt and displaying a welcome greet board with the passengers name on it. It is essential you make contact with the driver.
