3 Arrival Stockholm Central Station (Bus Terminal: Cityterminalen) Head towards Cityterminalen (the bus terminal). There is a dedicated gate for CISV. Go to the gate (marked RTF, CISV Sweden ) and there will be people waiting for your arrival. The free shuttle leaves at 14:30. Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) (Sky City) Meeting point will be in Sky City which is the heart of the airport. We promise you won t miss us. Follow the signs from wherever you arrive to Sky City! The free shuttle leaves at 15:20 & 17:10.

4 Departure Stockholm Central Station (Bus Terminal: Cityterminalen) There will be a free shuttle from the campsite with Stockholm Central station as the final stop. The bus will leave the campsite at 14:00 and will arrive at Stockholm Central Station at 15:30. Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) (Sky City) There will be two free shuttles from the campsite to Stockholm Arlanda Airport. The bus will leave the campsite at 12:00 and 14:00 and will arrive at Arlanda Airport one hour later.

5 Other travel arrangements I m not able to make the shuttle, how do I get to the campsite? Car We might be able to take you to the campsite at an affordable price. Send us an (rtf@se.cisv.org) and let us know. Taxi A regular taxi costs around

6 Forms and insurance Are you under the age of 18? Bring the Child Traveling Alone Legal Form : Insurance RTF participants are responsible for their own insurance. Participants who wish to use the CISV International Travel Insurance should contact the International Office (international@cisv.org) at least two weeks in advance of departure.

7 We will stay at Drakudden, a cosy conference site close to a big lake and the nature. Campsite Alcohol is strictly prohibited at the campsite. We will have a small camp shop to offer drinks and snacks. Address Drakudden Konferens & Retreat AB Smidövägen BRO

11 Remember this! Cancellation If you are not able to come to the RTF, the full fee will be applied if you cancel after the 28 th of February 2018 Extended stay It s not possible to stay at the conference site before or after the RTF.
