4 HDOA - Club Relationship Two Distinct Legal Entities (We Do Work Closely Together) Separate Governing Boards HDOA - All Homeowner/Lot owners and Condo unit owners, and their associated neighborhoods Club - Sub-set of these owners plus outside memberships Club properties include Clubhouse, Croquet Courts, Dunes, and Links and Creek Golf Courses Tennis Court/Bocce area and access roadway Clubhouse access road, just past the Fountain Circle HDOA - All the other roadways and common property within Hammock Dunes, including the Ocean Front Dunes, are owned and maintained by the HDOA and Neighborhoods using your monthly assessments Issues and concerns and/or incidents that occur on either property are the sole responsibility of either the HDOA or Club. 4

Then Nominations for Island Estates Neighborhood are CLOSED Do we have any Nominations from the floor for the Waterfront Neighborhood? Then Nominations for Waterfront Neighborhood are CLOSED Do we have any Nominations from the floor for the Beachfront Neighborhood? Then Nominations for The Beachfront Neighborhood are CLOSED While the ballots for each Neighborhood are counted, we will proceed with Progress Reports. 5

6 Moving Forward Asset Acquisition Closed 18 June HDOA assumed Developer Role Enables HDOA to Control Our Own Destiney Created Declarant and Development Committee (DDC) Advise the HDOA Board regarding future development of Hammock Dunes Board designated Developer single point of contact Moving Forward with Several Developer Initiatives As the Developer, the HDOA has created a Strategic Growth Plan, which addresses HDOA-Club coordinated marketing, realtor engagement, builder partnerships and community enhancements. 6

9 Design Review Committee (DRC) What We Have Done 10 New Homes Approved for Construction (since April 2013) 11 New Homes Currently under Construction Each new home generates a $3,500 Connection Fee Other Approvals 3 home additions, 5 pools, 3 boat houses & 4 lake banks 60 minor property changes 1 new builder Bottom Line - Acceleration in New Home Construction 6 new homes submitted plans in February/March Expect final approval within the next two months Members: Cosmo DiPerna (Chair), Dave Mancino (Architect ), Bob Dickinson (Landscape Architect ), Mike Machin, Donna Trindle, Ada Abernathy and Travis Houk (SSMG). 9

10 Finance Committee 2013 Financial Audit Results Excellent Master and Neighborhood Associations Financially Sound Completed $1.8M Purchase of Developer Assets Declarant Rights/Master Documents, Intellectual Property, Two Camino Office, South Gate Billboard, DCDD Connection Fees Loan Pay-down Two Camino Lease + Last Aug Dues increase + Connection Fees 10 Delinquent Owner Accounts Resolved By Our Two Law Firms 2014 Approved $117/month Continue to Strengthen Reserves Self Insurance For Wind 2 Delinquent Owner Accounts Resolved, 10 Additional with Law Firms Master and Neighborhoods Operating within Budget Members: Bruce Aiello (Chair), George Bagnall, George DeGovanni, Travis Houk (SSMG) and Jeff Annon (SSMG). 10

12 Security & Emergency Response Committee What We Have Done Revised Access Control Procedures Initiated Gate Officer Training Day and Evaluation Program New Uniforms and ID Badges (Securitas Funded) Vendor Passes Now Specify Authorized Access Time Periods Updated Vendor Access and Resident Guest Lists (Purged Old Data) Rover Patrol Now Issuing Citations Curb-side Parking (Over-night & Recurring Daytime Violators) Vendor Pass Violations What We Plan To Do Re-Evaluating Speed Limits (Main Roads and Neighborhoods) Residents Purchasing New Transponders Must Sign Release Form Will Not Give Transponder To Vendor or Contractor Members: Marge Rooyakkers (Chair), Barbara Tobias, Wanda Furia, Nancy Corkum and Travis Houk (SSMG). 12
