4 HDOA - Club Relationship (Slide 1 of 2) Two Distinct Legal Entities Separate Governing Boards, but Coordinate and Work Closely Together HDOA Home/Lot and Condo unit owners, and associated neighborhoods Club of these owners are Club members Club properties managed and maintained by the Club HDOA - All the other roadways and common property, including Ocean Front Dunes, are owned and maintained by the HDOA and its Neighborhoods Issues and concerns and/or incidents that occur on either property are the sole responsibility of either the HDOA or Club. 4
5 HDOA - Club Relationship (Slide 2 of 2) Important Note - ALL Hammock Dunes Owners Property Values Directly Benefit From The Club and Its Assets Specifically, the Impressive Views that the Golf Course Green Space provides throughout the Community Views Crossing the Main Gate Bridge or that many Owners enjoy from their Back Yards and Condos We Encourage Non-Club Members to Re-Consider Club Membership Enjoy First-Hand the Many Social Activities and Comradery that Make Hammock Dunes The Place To Live and Play Contribute directly to your enhanced property values, derived from a vibrant Club and its many social and sport assets The Hammock Dunes Community and Club are separate entities but One Cannot Flourish without the Other. 5

Hammock Dunes North Gate code box will be temporarily shut down Two additional Securitas Officers rotate between all Entrances to check vehicles entering the transponder lane Pedestrians and Bicyclists stopped to verify residence Security Awareness Is Everyone s Responsibility HDOA Gate Access and Control Plus Owner Responsibility To Secure Our Homes! 14
