We think it s too good to share so we use it as a snug but if you have teenage children they d be fighting over it! Indeed Shearwater would make a brilliant family home and could easily accommodate three generations. The ground floor cloakroom has space for a shower and you could then use it with the fifth bedroom and study as an annexe. An Eviable Location The gardens slope gently down to the water with a split-level terrace leading down in turn to the lawn. This is a totally tranquil setting with a no-through road to the front and the broad at the end of the garden, yet a short stroll takes you into the village where you have your pick of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as the train station. We love going out on the water but we also enjoy heading to Lowestoft for the glorious blue flag beaches or taking a walk through the idyllic nature reserve at Carlton Marshes. You have everything on the doorstep here.

23 Directions From the main centre of Oulton Broad take the third exit on the roundabout into Commodore Road continue along this road to the T junction at the end where you turn left on to Caldecott Road, continue along bearing round to the left then 100m sharp right. You will then enter Broadview Road on you left, where Shearwater will be found 100 metres along the road on the left hand side. For those with satellite navigation the postcode is NR32 3PL Nearby Norwich lies approximately 26 miles north west of Oulton Broad and offers a wide range of leisure and cultural facilities There is a main line rail link to London Liverpool Street and an international airport. Gorleston and Southwold are easily accessible. The attractive market town of Diss is about 32 miles south west, with its large variety of shops, auction house and museum.
