Chaperons bring their luggage to storage area downstairs. K-9 Unit Luggage Search 9:30AM Chaperon meeting in Orchestra Room 10:00AM Load luggage and uniforms on assigned buses. 10:30AM All Students and Chaperons in the Band Room for Final Instructions 11:00AM 12:00PM 1:30PM 2:00PM DEPART BEREA Everyone on assigned buses LUNCH Packed Lunch on buses REST STOP Parkersburg, W.VA. 2 JANUARY 10, SUBJECT TO CHANGE PAGE 2 of 5 SATURDAY MARCH 23, :00AM 6:00AM ARRIVAL - ANIMAL KINGDOM VARIOUS REST STOPS Throughout the night the buses will stop for driver breaks and to meet our scheduled arrival time for breakfast in Orlando. Students do not have to get off the buses. Any student exiting the bus MUST report to the chaperon at the door of the bus. Attendance will be taken at each stop for those exiting the buses. BREAKFAST Golden Corral, Orlando, FL, Courtesy of the BMHS Band Boosters. 7:00PM DEPART GOLDEN CORRAL ARRIVE AT DISNEY S ANIMAL KINGDOM Chaperons distribute meal coupon and $10 at Animal Kingdom DEPART ANIMAL KINGDOM All students and chaperons meet at the main gate of Animal Kingdom. We will depart as a group for the buses. 7:45PM ARRIVE AT DISNEY S ALL-STAR MOVIE RESORT Chaperons will be given room assignments and Magic Band room keys for distribution to their students. Non-Working Magic Bands, take to Mr. Fudale. Unload luggage from buses. Uniforms stay on buses. 8:00PM STUDENT FREE TIME AT RESORT Students may use public areas of the resort, swim, dine, etc. Students are prohibited from entering other student rooms. STUDENTS IN THEIR ROOMS Chaperons will check rooms, distribute meal cards and meal certificates for Sunday. No meal deliveries to rooms.

3 JANUARY 10, SUBJECT TO CHANGE PAGE 3 of 5 SUNDAY MARCH 24, :30AM MEET AT BUSES All uniforms transferred to Bus 1 and Bus 2 PERFORMANCE DAY - MAGIC KINGDOM ARRIVE AT DISNEY S MAGIC KINGDOM Due to bus parking restrictions, everyone must ride the monorail to the main gate of Magic Kingdom. Students and chaperons will walk to the monorail together. at Magic Kingdom until 12:30pm Recommend students learn where the Golden Oak Outpost is in Frontier Land. 12:30PM 1:00PM 1:15PM 2:15PM 2:30PM 3:00PM 4:00PM 10:45PM 11:15AM 11:30AM ALL STUDENTS MEET AT GOLDEN OAK OUTPOST IN FRONTIER LAND STUDENTS AND INSTRUMENTS BACKSTAGE Disney representative will escort students and directors backstage for performance preparation. NO STUDENTS WILL BE ADMITTED BACKSTAGE AFTER 1:00pm Bus 1 & 2 and instrument trailer parked in backstage area. PREPARATION FOR PERFORMANCE Instructions from Disney Representative Students change into uniforms Unload instrument trailer Stretch / Tune / Rehearse BAND MOVED INTO POSITION FOR PERFORMANCE STEP OFF: DISNEY S FESTIVAL OF FANTASY PARADE RETURN BACKSTAGE Instruments loaded back on trailer Change out of uniforms RETURN TO MAGIC KINGDOM Buses and Instrument Trailer return to resort DEPART MAGIC KINGDOM All Students and Chaperons meet at the Town Square Everyone rides monorail to bus parking lot. BUSES DEPART FOR ALL-STAR MOVIES RESORT Students go directly to rooms Chaperons check rooms, distribute meal cards and meal certificates for Monday.

TUESDAY MARCH 26, 2019 EPCOT 8:30AM 9:45AM 10:00AM 10:15AM 9:00PM 9:45PM MEET AT BUSES ARRIVE AT DISNEY S EPCOT ILLUMINATIONS Presentation at World Showcase Lagoon MEET AT FOUNTAIN AT EPCOT MAIN ENTRANCE WALK TO BUSES at buses Depart for resort Students go directly to rooms Chaperons check rooms, distribute meal cards and meal certificates for Wednesday.
