Celebrate thrilling attractions, shows, the majesty of nature and the fascinating animals, real and imagined, that enrich our planet Head to: Kilimanjaro Safaris: Climb aboard your open-sided safari vehicle for an exciting expedition for your entire crew. Animals from Africa freely roam through acres of savannah, rivers and rocky hills. Look out for giraffes, hippos, elephants, rhinos, lions and poachers,too. 3 THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 22 Epcot park hours 9:00 am to 9:30 pm 2 BAND 4:15 AM Band loads motor coach (bring everything needed for the entire day) Only band performers and a small number of essential chaperones with photo ID are permitted to attend the rehearsal. 4:45 AM Depart for Epcot 5:15 AM Arrive at Backstage Epcot; proceed through security 6:00 AM Instrument warm up inside World Showplace 6:10 AM Line up in parade block at UK Gate 6:20 AM Mass Band Rehearsal in the park 7:35 AM Rehearsal ends; return and pack instruments 7:45 AM Buffet breakfast at the World Showplace Pavilion 9:00 AM Change into uniforms and warm up 10:15 AM Line up in parade block at UK Gate 10:30 AM Bay Port HS Band performs in the Thanksgiving Parade of Bands 11:00 AM Performance ends; parade back to World Showplace Pavilion to pack instruments and change out of uniforms Enter the park CHAPERONES 7:30 AM Chaperones enjoy breakfast at the hotel 8:30 AM Chaperones depart for Epcot 10:30 AM View the Thanksgiving Parade of Bands performance Enjoy free time in Epcot Lunch in the park ($15 Disney Dining Card provided) 6:00 Group meets at the large brown gate between Canada and the United Kingdom 6:20 Thanksgiving Dinner at the World Showplace Enjoy a plated Thanksgiving meal complete with entertainment and a meaningful awards presentation. 8:50 Dinner ends; proceed to Dessert Party location(s) 9:30 Private Dessert Party and Viewing of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth 10:30 Load motor coaches at charter bus parking; return to the hotel
