2 ITINERARY For over 40 years, Walt Disney World Resort has come to be known as the "Vacation Capital of the World!" Experience the magic of Walt Disney World Resort featuring four theme parks: Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom. In addition to the four theme parks, this vast resort, covering over 46 square miles also features over a dozen resorts, two water parks and Disney Springs, a vibrant shopping, dining & entertainment complex. Enjoy your visit to the magical Walt Disney World Resort! Educational Tour/Visit Cultural Experience Festival/Performance/Workshop Tour Services Recreational Activity LEAP Enrichment Match/Training Session DAY 1 Tuesday, 20 February 2018 Rental equipment truck pick up. Load the equipment, uniforms, and luggage on the truck. The equipment truck departs for Orlando. Any meals and lodging en route are by own expense. DAY 2 Wednesday, 21 February 2018 This afternoon the equipment truck arrives in Orlando. Hotel check in for the drivers. DAY 3 Thursday, 22 February :30 AM Three 56 passenger charter coaches arrive at West Mifflin Area High School. Load the coaches and depart for Pittsburgh International Airport. Arrive at PIT and check in for your flight. Your Southwest flight departs for MCO. Arrive in Orlando. Our 24-hour Tour Director, Mike Conway, will meet us at the airport and remain with us until our final airport departure. We will have use of two private coaches and drivers while touring for the next six days. Depart for Hollywood Studios. Tour participants will receive a Disney 5 Day Starter Ticket allowing entrance to one park a day. 1

DAY3 Thursday, 22 February 2018 Enjoy Disney's Hollywood Studios where everyone is a part of the show and the laughter resounds.

The Disney's Hollywood Studios captures the allure and power of Hollywood by giving everyone the chance to be a star. Learn how movies are made and discover the power and allure of movie-making and television production and enjoy live stage shows based on the animated Disney classics. And if you're looking for thrills, look no further than The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, just one of the many exciting adventures they await you. Fantasmic! is a breathtaking 25-minute fireworks and water show performed select nights at Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park that brings together all of your favorite Disney Characters, including heroes, princesses and villains, for the very first time. Fantasmic! stars Mickey Mouse and a bevy of classic Disney Characters, and includes over one million gallons of water and 50 costumed performers. Combining explosive pyrotechnics, shimmering laser lights and dazzling dancing water effects with beloved Disney songs and animation, Fantasmic! is a lavish musical extravaganza in sight and sound, overflowing with silly and suspenseful surprises for the entire family. After Fantasmic, depart Hollywood Studios for your selected hotel. For the next five evenings we will enjoy the convenience of our centrally-located Orlando hotel, where daily breakfast will be included. There will be two private security guards on duty at the hotel nightly. DAY4 Friday, 23 February 2018 Meet the coaches and depart for Magic Kingdom. Magic Kingdom Park Today you'll enjoy a place where timeless stories come to life is seven whimsical lands of fun and adventure. Plunge down a breathtaking waterfall on Splash Mountain, share the patriotic spirit at the Hall of Presidents, zoom through space at Space Mountain, and feel the excitement of the gold rush on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. By captivating the imagination, the Magic Kingdom Park brings the world of make-believe alive and brings out the child in everybody. The equipment truck arrives Backstage at the Magic Kingdom. The West Mifflin Marching Band Members meet their Disney GTC at the Golden Oak Outpost and prepare for their performance! The West Mifflin Marching Band marches down Main Street in Disney's Magic Kingdom! Disney Performing Arts at the Walt Disney World Resort sets the standard for which all other performance opportunities are measured. Reinforce Disney lifelong lessons in teamwork, discipline, and artistic growth at one of the most high-profile venues in the world. Disney Performing Arts represents a legacy of millions of performers who have graced the stages and marched the parade routes of the Walt Disney World Resort. This is a perfect time to make your performers part of Disney Performing Arts tradition. Wishes Nighttime Spectacular Join Jiminy Cricket and the Blue Fairy as they celebrate the power of believing. Your heart will soar as you hear a medley of famous Disney songs and the voices of Disney characters in the biggest fireworks extravaganza in Magic Kingdom park history! After the fireworks, meet as a group in front of the "Floral Mickey" and after accounting for everyone, take the ferryboat back to the Ticket and Transportation Center and then meet the motor coaches for the ride back to the hotel. 2

DAY 5 Saturday, 24 February 2018 Depart for EPCOT. The Color Guard will stay on the coach and transfer to the Auxileration Workshop.

It is a place that provokes students to discover more about the people, places and technology of the real world by celebrating the highest of human achievements in exciting and delightful ways.

At the conclusion of the Auxiliration Workshop, meet the coach and return to EPCOT. The Band meets and prepares for their You're Instrumental Workshop backstage at EPCOT.

The Drill Team meets the motor coach at EPCOT lot and departs for their Disney Dancin' Workshop. The West Mifflin Drill Team will participate in the Disney Dancin' Workshop today.

4 DAY 5 Saturday, 24 February 2018 Depart for EPCOT. The Color Guard will stay on the coach and transfer to the Auxileration Workshop. For the curious, thoughtful, and playful, EPCOT offers an experience that entertains amazes and inspires. It is a place that provokes students to discover more about the people, places and technology of the real world by celebrating the highest of human achievements in exciting and delightful ways. The West Mifflin Color Guard will participate in the Disney Auxiliration workshop with Disney professionals where we will enhance our flag skills. The equipment truck arrives backstage at EPCOT. At the conclusion of the Auxiliration Workshop, meet the coach and return to EPCOT. The Band meets and prepares for their You're Instrumental Workshop backstage at EPCOT. The West Mifflin Band will participate in You're Instrumental - a Disney Performing Arts Workshop for Bands and Orchestras. The Drill Team meets the motor coach at EPCOT lot and departs for their Disney Dancin' Workshop. The West Mifflin Drill Team will participate in the Disney Dancin' Workshop today. Performers find out what it takes to be an integral member of a cohesive dance cast as they learn techniques to help maximize their rehearsal time and deliver a focused performance. At the conclusion of the workshop, band members return to the theme park. The Drill Team returns to EPCOT. IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, a mesmerizing fireworks, laser and water show featuring a rousing soundtrack, plays nightly for Guests of all ages in the World Showcase area in Epcot theme park. Seen atop the World Showcase Lagoon, IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth is a spectacular 12-minute, live pyrotechnic show that brings together the past, present and future of our planet and its colorful nations. Return to your hotel. DAY 6 Sunday, 25 February 2018 There will be a bus transfer to the Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary for 7:30AM Mass. Today we will attend Mass at Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary, Queen of the Universe. Those who stayed behind can enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Mass Participants return and grab a quick breakfast. Depart for Magic Kingdom. Meet your coaches at the T&TC and return to your hotel. 3

DAY 7 Monday, 26 February 2018 Meet your coaches and depart for Universal Studios for the day. You will have use of a One Day Park to Park Ticket.

Unforgettable thrills and magical experiences await at the all-new The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Diagon Alley, at Universal Orlando Resort.

Plus, travel to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Hogsmeade on the Hogwarts Express*.

You can battle alongside Optimus Prime and Bumblebee in TRANSFORMERS: The Ride - 3D, visit Springfield to experience the Simpson Ride and join Gru and his Minions on an adventure in Despicable Me

5 DAY 7 Monday, 26 February 2018 Meet your coaches and depart for Universal Studios for the day. You will have use of a One Day Park to Park Ticket. Go behind the scenes, beyond the screen, and jump right into the action of your favorite movies at Universal Studios, the world's premier movie and TV based theme park. Unforgettable thrills and magical experiences await at the all-new The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Diagon Alley, at Universal Orlando Resort. Dine at the Leaky Cauldron, shop at Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, and get ready for an adventure on the multi-dimensional thrill ride, Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts. Plus, travel to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Hogsmeade on the Hogwarts Express*. At this real, working film and TV production facility you'll find an amazing array of rides, shows, movie sets and attractions that put you right in the picture. You can battle alongside Optimus Prime and Bumblebee in TRANSFORMERS: The Ride - 3D, visit Springfield to experience the Simpson Ride and join Gru and his Minions on an adventure in Despicable Me Minion Mayhem. When the park closes, meet your coaches and depart for the hotel. DAY 8 Tuesday, 27 February 2018 Load the chartered motor coaches and equipment truck and check out of the hotel. Depart for Disney's Animal Kingdom. Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park The ultimate adventure waits with thrills beyond your imagination. The Expedition Everest- Legend of The Forbidden Mountain will take you to altitudes beyond your imagination. Hang on to your open-air vehicle as you are surrounded by free-roaming creatures of the world of Africa on Kilimanjaro Safari, or whisk back 65 million years to rescue the last dinosaur on DINOSAUR. Meet tigers, giant bats and other exotic animals up-close, enjoy spectacular live stage shows and experience the thrill of a white-water expedition on Kali River Rapids - all in the same day! Return to the motor coaches and depart for MCO for your flight home. Check in for your flight to Pittsburgh. Depart for Pittsburgh. Your Southwest flight lands at PIT.
