After breakfast you ll prepare for your performance at the Magic Kingdom this morning. 7:30 AM Board the coaches and transfer to Disney s Magic Kingdom. PLEASE NOTE, YOU WILL LEAVE THE HOTEL DRESSED IN YOUR UNIFORM. 8:00 AM Arrive backstage at Magic Kingdom. 9:45 AM The Birmingham Seaholm High School Marching Band performs in the Magic Kingdom March. Magic Kingdom s Park Hours: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM A Three Day Disney Park Hopper pass has been included in your package and will provide the ability to visit the park of your choice. Be sure to check out Space Mountain. Dare to be a rocket jockey and blast into the outer galaxy past shooting stars and other-worldly celestial satellites. 5 SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 17 TH 8:00 AM Enjoy an American breakfast buffet at your hotel this morning. 9:00 AM Board the coaches and transfer to Tampa Bay and the Manatee Viewing Center at TECO (Tampa Electric Company) at Apollo Beach. In 1986 residences started seeing manatees in large numbers in the power station's discharge canal, where saltwater taken from Tampa Bay to cool Unit 4 flowed, clean and warm, back to the bay. When Tampa Bay reached 68 degrees or colder, the mammals would seek out this new refuge. The Manatee Viewing Center was soon born. Today, Big Bend's discharge canal is a state and federally designated manatee sanctuary that provides critical protection from the cold for these unique, gentle animals. The tidal walk featured part of the Great Florida Birding Trail, the Manatee Viewing Center's tidal walk offers more than just vibrant birdlife. Your Tour Director will provide detailed information on your meeting/viewing location. 9:00 PM IllumiNations: Reflection of Earth begins. Behold the past, present and future of Earth at this stunning fireworks show that celebrates the spirit of humanity. 9:20 PM At the conclusion of the show you ll gather as a group and proceed to your waiting coaches and return to the hotel for the evening. Performers will be immersed into the world of the professional musician. In moments, you will sight read and prepare a polished performance of a special Disney musical selection in a studio recording environment.
