1 Wednesday April 13 th - EPCOT Park Hours: 9:00am 9:00pm Welcome to Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow, otherwise known as EPCOT! Today you will travel through your imagination to the furthest reaches of our tiny planet. From California to China, the memories you make on today s travels are sure to be unforgettable! This itinerary is full of excitement from start to finish, so if you feel that it is too much, simply omit certain rides/attractions based on your schedule. You can easily return to the itinerary when you are ready! *Note: If your day gets off track from the actual itinerary times, simply ignore them and do the attractions in the order in which they are listed. EPCOT TIP- if you decide to tour the world showcase the kids can pick up a passport that they can get stamped as you make your way through the countries. There are also fun Kidcot stations throughout the countries where the kids can create a fun craft to take home! 9:10am - Test Track (5) - The kids can create the car of their dreams and then put it through the ultimate road test! Get ready for SPEED! *Note: Use the Rider Switch option if needed. 40 height requirement. 9:30am - Mission Space (3) (Green or Orange Team) - Join Gary Sinise on a fully manned mission to Mars. Be aware that your journey to the red planet will be intense if you select the Orange Team. The centrifuge will simulate speed and G-forces during Launch and re-entry. Our team (including kids) has experienced Orange without any problems (personally I don t do spinning

2 rides but I made it through this ride without any motion sickness), but if you are prone to motion sickness or are unsure about which level to select, you can choose the less intense Green Team when you enter the queue.*note: 44" Height Requirement. Be sure to use the Rider Switch option if needed. 9:53am - Ellen s Energy Adventure (2) - Take a multimedia ride through Ellen DeGeneres' subconscious. *Note- this ride features life size animatronic Dinosaurs- If the kids is frightened by large displays like this, you may want to skip this ride. 10:46am - Spaceship Earth (1) - This ride takes place inside the amazing geosphere that has become a Disney icon! Inside you will explore the history of communication from the Stone Age to present day. 11:29am - EPCOT Character Spot! - Futureworld (11) - We highly recommend this unique character greeting area for adorable photos with Mickey and his pals! Please be sure to send us a picture of everyone together! Lunch! (30) - We suggest La Cantina de San Angel as a delicious counter service option in Mexico. Enjoy a great view of the World Showcase Lagoon! 11:52pm - The Seas With Nemo & Friends (12) - climb aboard a clamshell for a journey through the great blue world! Afterward you may be able to catch Turtle Talk with Crush (13) - a 15-minute interactive Q and A session that is full of laughs. Ask him about his pals from Finding Nemo, what he likes to eat, or how much surfing he got in last summer! Righteous! 1:19pm - Living with the Land (15) - Head over to the Land Pavilion and ride Living with the Land where you will see firsthand how Disney s horticulturalists are using innovative growing techniques and cross-breeding high-yield crops. Many of these crops are actually used at EPCOT restaurants! 1:56pm - Journey Into Imagination with Figment (17) - We think the kids will like this quirky ride that takes guests along for a sensory experiment with Figment! After the ride you can spend some time at Imageworks- an

3 interactive play area! After lunch you can spend time exploring the World Showcase! We have suggested highlights of several countries below. 8:45pm - Get ready for tonight s presentation of Illuminations: Reflections of Earth! The best viewing areas are in Mexico, Canada, Norway and the UK. If it is windy be sure to keep the wind at your back so that you will not be surrounded by smoke during the show. After the show avoid the crowds by going in the opposite direction of everyone. It will take you longer to get out, but it is a nice walk and you will be able to see how beautiful each country looks at night. Don t worry- they will not kick you out of EPCOT if you walk slowly out of the park! Suggestions for The World Showcase: Canada Pavilion (42) to see O Canada - An 18-minute Circle-Vision 360 film showcasing the very best of our neighbor to the north. Germany Pavilion (33) - within this country you will find intricate architecture inspired by the buildings of Bavaria. There is a vast selection of German Steins along with Hummel figures and cuckoo clocks. Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros (30) - Make your way to Mexico in the World Showcase for a soothing ride through the Mexico Pavilion. This ride has been a popular favorite for small children! After the ride, take a few minutes to wander through the Mexico Pavilion- there are some amazing artists who can be seen carving and painting throughout the day. Impressions de France (38) - Ride along with horsemen and hunting dogs in the Cheverny Forest, reflect on the Hall of Mirrors at Versailles, visit a bustling marketplace in Normandy, and see vintners and cognac makers do what they do best during this 18 minute film showcasing the charm of the this beautiful country. After the film explore the France Pavilion- be sure to let the kids toss a coin in the fountain.

4 Italy Pavilion (34) - If you are looking for a sweet treat, stop in Gelati for a delicious frozen dessert! Japan Pavilion (36) - The Bijutsu-kan Gallery has an amazing display of Anime figures and paper cranes! Listen for the sounds of Matsuriza- a group performing Taiko- a form of drumming and synchronized movements! Morocco Pavilion (37) - Here you will find the Gallery of Arts and History showcasing time-honored Moroccan arts and crafts. Aladdin and Jasmine are also here throughout the day if the kids would like to meet them! Norway Pavilion (31) - The Stave Church Gallery is currently featuring artifacts that inspired the movie Frozen. Fun fact: Of the 1,000 Norwegian Stave Churches built in the Middle Ages, 28 survive today. To say hello in Norway, say god dag (goo-dahg)! Reflections of China (32) - Step into the China Pavilion and immerse yourself in a minute movie about the world s most populous country. After the film you can explore more of China Pavilion- be sure to check out the replica of the Terracotta Army. The American Adventure (35) - A 30-minute stage show chronicling our illustrious past and boundless future through Audio-Animatronics, film and music! After this show spend some time exploring the American Adventure Pavilion! Journey across the pond to the United Kingdom Pavilion (41). There are several musical groups that you might come across in this area, as well as two character meet and greet areas that include Winnie the Pooh and friends and Mary Poppins! If you like a good pint, drop in the Rose & Crown pub- there is often a live musician inside.

To get to the Epcot parking lot, take a Parking Tram located outside the front of the Park. To get to Magic Kingdom Park, take a Monorail to the Transportation and Ticket Center, and then a Monorail or Ferryboat to the Park. To get to Disney s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Take a Bus located outside the front of the Park. To get to Disney s Hollywood Studios, walk or take a FriendShip Boat from International Gateway.

6 To get to Downtown Disney Area or Disney s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, take a Bus to any Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, and then another Bus to the Downtown Disney Area. To get to one of the Monorail Resorts take the monorail to the Ticket and Transportation Center and then the resort monorail to the resort. To get to Disney s Blizzard Beach Water Park, take a Bus to any Walt Disney s World Resort hotel, and then another Bus to the Park. To get to Disney s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, Disney s BoardWalk Resort or the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, walk or take a FriendShip Boat from International Gateway. To get to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, take a Bus located outside the front of the Park.
