2 CHILIFEST HISTORY Together we have donated over $3,000,000 to local charities. In the fall of 1999, eight years after the inception of the Chilifest event, Chilifest Incorporated, a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, was formed to professionally manage and organize what has become the most anticipated event in the Brazos Valley CHILIFEST. Over the years, Chilifest Inc. has assembled an untarnished resume of success having entertained thousands of patrons and attracted some of country music s finest performers to our area. Undoubtedly, Chilifest remains in a class of its own: dedicated to provide a spectacular event, with all proceeds benefiting the community to aid in many worthy causes. We have proven that Texas music brings loyal fans to the Starlight Ballroom in Snook each spring where fifteen acres of pastureland are transformed into a two-day event that includes chili, live music, and FUN!

WHAT MAKES CHILIFEST DIFFERENT Chilifest is unlike most music festivals. What separates us is how we emphasize the importance of coming in groups rather than individual attendees.

5 WHAT MAKES CHILIFEST DIFFERENT Chilifest is unlike most music festivals. What separates us is how we emphasize the importance of coming in groups rather than individual attendees. This gives out of town teams the comfort of having their own designated plot of land to tailgate as they please. We allow all of our teams to bring their own beer and wine (no hard alcohol) on Friday. All alcohol must be locked in a cooler from Friday night to Saturday. This saves attendees from high prices located within the festival grounds to purchase alcohol. It also offers teams from out of town to come and bond with their brother organizations at A&M.

6 OUT OF TOWN TEAM PACKAGES Chilifest is now offering two different packages for out-of-town guests that would like to set up a tailgate. This significantly helps out of town teams who may want to avoid the logistics of bringing tents and other supplies. Choosing between the Standard or Premium packages will determine which options your package comes with.

9 A LA CARTE ITEMS: 20x20 KING CANOPY TENT: $200 LIGHTING 6 BANQUET TABLE: $25 GENERATOR: $100 + FUEL COSTS ($20/day) Our Premium package includes lighting; trust us, you ll want it! Your 20 x 20 tent provides 400 sqft of shaded space for your party. The added sidewalls will provide additional protection from weather. With 3 or 6 tables, you ll have plenty of space for food, games, and everything else! 10 WHERE TO STAY IF YOU RE COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN? 1st option- hotels in town, inquire for available discounts through Chilifest Inc. 2nd option- camping, we conveniently have camping spots on site which are available free of charge to registered out of town teams. Must notify Chilifest no later than two days prior to the event letting us know how many spots to reserve. Onsite bathrooms are provided on camping grounds. 3rd option- RV - RV s are allowed to be brought in with the purchase of an RV parking pass ($200). RVshare in partnership with Chilifest Inc. conveniently provides discounts to Chilifest attendees on rentals.
