Meeting spaces are naturally lit and fully equipped. There s a private grassed courtyard and semi-private al fresco space. A team of talented chefs are on hand to expertly cater for a la carte or buffet settings in the conference room. Or treat the group to the scenery and exceptional dining at the onsite Cove Restaurant & Bar. The offsite experiences for delegates are countless. Cruises on the Tamar River, treetop zip lining, tasting the regional produce on gourmet tours, or seeing the fairy penguins. The majestic region holds something for every interest.

3 Conference Venues The conference room at Peppers York Cove has plenty of natural light and opens to a private grassed courtyard. The space is located on the ground floor of the Terminal Building and is available for conferences, training and seminars 7 days a week. The property also offers a smaller semi-private space within Cove Restaurant which boasts brilliant views across the Tamar River and is also available for hire for casual meetings or training. Conference facilities include: conference room seating for up to 80 delegates adjacent outdoor courtyard wireless internet facilities ceiling mounted data projector and screen whiteboard and flipchart tailored gourmet catering. Low Head Pilot Station and Light House To the north, at nearby Low Head, delegates can explore one of the best-preserved examples of an early pilot station, which was built in 1805 by convicts. Today, the complex includes 10 rooms of maritime and communication memorabilia, including a complete deep diving suit and air pumps and artefacts recovered from wrecks. Wine Tours Prestige Leisure Tours is available to take your group to the Tamar Valley Wine Route. A range of options incorporating East Tamar or West Tamar vineyards are available. Available tours are Bay of Fires, Mole Creek Caves, Tamar Valley Attractions, Tassie Gourmet Food / Chocolate or The Heritage Trail. Low Head Beaches & Penguin Tours Penguin tours can be arranged for your group to see the world s smallest penguins clamber to their nests each night, or visit the two main beaches, East Beach on Bass Strait, or the quieter and safer Lagoon Bay, on the estuary. For the adventurous group, there are superb dive spots off Barrell Rock, which includes a cool temperate reef.
