Options are designed to be casual and fun, meaning eating in your sun lounger or day bed is as easy and as encouraged as eating at a seated table. Malamala Beach Club does not offer group seating in the restaurant for more than 70 guests at one time unless by prior arrangement (100 guests maximum). Beverage packages are also available as part of the Malamala Banquet Kit. Please confirm your F&B preference at time of confirming an exclusive booking.

3 MALAMALA BEACH CLUB SHARED USE SHARED USE OF MALAMALA BEACH CLUB INCLUDING RETURN VESSEL TRANSFERS ON SCHEDULED SERVICES GUESTS RATES FJ$ Per person cost for shared use of Malamala Beach Club (between 10.30am pm) guests $159 Per person cost for shared use of Malamala Beach Club (between 10.30am pm) guests $149 Per person cost for shared use of Malamala Beach Club (between 10.30am pm) guests $139 Per person cost for shared use of Malamala Beach Club (between 10.30am pm) guests $129 Groups booking & travelling to Malamala Beach Club on a shared use basis will travel on the scheduled South Sea Cruises vessel transfers departing Port Denarau at 10.00am & returning at 5.15pm. Use of Malamala Beach Club will be shared with other on island guests. F&B is to be purchased on a consumption basis from the all day a-la-carte menu and extensive beverage menu on offer. A tab can be set up for each shared use group and must be settled prior to departing the island. MALAMALA BEACH CLUB PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS EXCLUSIVE USE OF MALAMALA BEACH CLUB Use of the entire island including The Club, The Venue & The Deck as well as all Cabanas on an exclusive basis. EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE VENUE AT MALAMALA BEACH CLUB Use of the multi purpose venue situated in a private location on the northwestern side of Malamala Island. Suitable for small weddings & auditorium style seating for up to 50 guests. The Venue has a small balcony area perfect for enjoying the sunset after an afternoon wedding or function. A private bar can be set up to provide selected beers, wines, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE DECK AT MALAMALA BEACH CLUB Use of the exclusive deck area situated close to the Club. Suitable for small groups, cocktail functions or casual outings for up to 50 guests in relaxed seating i.e bean bags, cushions & deck chairs. A private bar can be set up to provide selected beers, wines, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE VENUE & THE DECK AT MALAMALA BEACH CLUB Suitable for small groups, cocktail functions or casual outings for up to 100 guests spread across both facilities. A private bar can be set up to provide selected beers, wines, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. SHARED USE OF MALAMALA BEACH CLUB Non exclusive use of all common areas on the island with exception of the private cabana s. Can be combined with an exclusive use hire of The Venue and/or The Deck. Groups booking exclusive use of the The Venue and/or The Deck at Malamala Beach Club can still access all other Club facilities including the pool, bar and dining. These areas will however be shared with other on island customers between the hours of 10.30am pm. Only The Venue and/or The Deck will be offered on an exclusive use basis.

4 MALAMALA BEACH CLUB CAPACITY MALAMALA BEACH CLUB Exclusive use across the entire island as part of a full day 300 guests maximum MALAMALA BEACH CLUB Exclusive use for a seated lunch or dinner event 100 guests maximum MALAMALA BEACH CLUB Exclusive use for a relaxed evening cocktail event including a mixture of seated, standing and relaxed furniture options 300 guests maximum THE VENUE Exclusive use for a seated wedding ceremony or auditorium type meeting / conference 50 guests maximum THE DECK Exclusive use seated in a relaxed environment IE bean bags, cushions & deck chairs 50 guests maximum BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS / GENERAL INFORMATION EXCLUSIVE SAME DAY RETURN VESSEL TRANSFERS Malamala Beach Club is operated by South Sea Cruises Ltd. All references to Malamala Beach Club & South Sea Cruises are references to South Sea Cruises Ltd. All rates quoted are nett, in Fijian Dollars and include the applicable 25% government taxes including Value Added Tax, Service Turnover Tax & Environmental Levy. All quotes are valid for 30 days and are subject to availability at time of confirmation. Quotes for exclusive use of Malamala Beach Club are based on a minimum Food & Beverage (F&B) spend. Groups who don't commit to the minimum F&B spend amount will be required to pay the minimum F&B spend amount regardless of consumption. All bookings on an exclusive basis whereby 100+ guests are travelling requires exclusive return vessel transfers to be booked with South Sea Cruises as per the rates listed. All bookings on a shared use basis whereby there is less than 100 guests travelling can travel on the South Sea Cruises scheduled vessel services to Malamala Beach Club departing at 10.00am and returning to Port Denarau at 5.15pm as per the rates listed. All return vessel transfer rates listed are from / to Port Denarau and undertaken by South Sea Cruises. Quotes and/or services to/from other destinations can be provided upon request. All bookings for exclusive use of Malamala Beach Club, The Venue and/or The Deck may arrange vessel transfers with an operator other than South Sea Cruises if the maximum group number does not exceed 75 guests. All bookings at Malamala Beach Club on an exclusive basis of 75 guests or more must book and travel with South Sea Cruises as per the rates listed. Any customers with allergies to food or otherwise must notify Malamala Beach Club 72 hours prior to travel. Ground transfers to / from Port Denarau are not included in the rates provided. Ground transfers can be quoted seperately. All services are subject to weather and sea conditions and are subject to alteration and/or cancellation as deemed necessary by South Sea Cruises. All customers must have a valid travel insurance policy in place before traveling to Malamala Beach Club. South Sea Cruises reserves the right to alter prices, add a fuel surcharge, cancel departure or arrange alternative transport other than that confirmed due to operational requirements. Whilst Malamala Beach Club welcomes children, there are no separate child rates applicable. All quotes & confirmed bookings are subject to the South Sea Cruises Conditions of Carriage. 5 WATERSPORTS ACTIVITIES Customers are required to follow all operating guidelines and safety procedures issued by Malamala Beach Club be they verbally or in writing. All customers will be required to sign an indemnity form for watersport activities. Children under the age of 16 years must have adult consent and indemnity signed by a parent or adult responsible for their care. South Sea Cruises reserves the right to alter prices, add a fuel surcharge, cancel departure or arrange alternative transport other than that confirmed due to operational requirements. PAYMENT TERMS Upon confirming a quote a non-refundable deposit amounting to 10% of the return vessel transfers & committed minimum F&B spend is due within 14 days not withstanding that full payment is due 45 days prior to travel. The balance of the return vessel transfers and committed F&B options is required 45 days prior to travel. Bookings made within 45 days of travel must be paid in full unless the booking agent has an approved credit account with South Seas Cruises/Malamala Beach Club. Expenditure incurred at Malamala Beach Club during an event which is over and above the prepaid F&B package amount must be settled at Malamala Beach Club prior to departing the island. Credit card facilities are available on island however please note all payments made via credit cards are subject to a 3% surcharge. Failure to pay for any additional F&B expenditure may result in a delayed vessel departure. An amendment fee of FJ$100 will be charged for any amendments made to the booking within the 45 day period that has been placed with South Seas Cruises. However if the amendment is a change of date only with a similar value booking still being held then South Sea Cruises, at its discretion, will waive the cancellation fees if South Sea Cruises has the ability to fill the vacated date. CANCELLATIONS All cancellations must be in writing to South Sea Cruises/Malamala Beach Club, and the timing shall be based on the day of receipt of such notification by South Seas Cruises/Malamala Beach Club. Cancellation terms are as follows; Outside 60 days- Forfeit of deposit (unless transferring date). 31 to 60 days - Forfeit 60% of applicable booking. 0 to 30 days - Forfeit 100% of applicable booking. RATE VALIDITY Rates are valid for travel from 15 July March Rates for travel beyond these dates are subject to a 5% increase until such time Malamala Beach Club issues confirmed rates for the following April - March period.
