1 Terms and Conditions Campaign 1. The Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad ("the Bank") Expedia Offer ( Offer ) commences on 16 July 2018 and ends on 31 December 2019, inclusive of both dates ("Offer Period"). 2. By participating in this Offer, participants agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below. 3. These terms and conditions must be read together with the relevant banking agreements that are applicable to the product. Eligibility ( Eligible Cardholders ) 4. This Offer is open to cardholders of any credit/ debit cards (other than corporate cards) issued by the Bank ( SCBMB Card ) and who have maintained all their accounts with the Bank in good standing, without any breach of the terms and conditions or agreements, throughout the Offer Period. 5. Individuals below the age of 21 years are not eligible to participate in this Offer. 6. Cardholders whose accounts are cancelled, or terminated for any reason, or suspended for any breach or suspected breach by the cardholder, during the Campaign Period or within 3 months after the Offer Period, will not be entitled to receive any rewards under this Offer. Campaign Mechanics 7. The voucher code must be entered upon checkout to be effective.

Eligible Cardholders who make payment with SCBMB Cards are eligible for RM200 off the price of Flight and Hotel package bookings on ( Selected Website ) with a minimum spend of RM3,500 (excluding any taxes, administrative fees, tax recovery charges, fees or additional costs) in local currency per booking ( Offer A ). 10. Offer A may not be used for a hotel only and/ or hotel booking in combination with any other type of 11. It cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid at the destination. Both flight and hotel must be made in the same booking. 12. The voucher code under Offer A cannot be redeemed against: (i) flight + hotel + car; (ii) packages offered by third parties via the Selected Website and packages where Eligible Cardholders are not free to select individual component parts; (iii) packages where the flight component is refundable; (iv) packages where different departure and return airlines are selected; (v) stand-alone car; (vi) stand-alone flight; or (vii) stand-alone hotel. 13. The booking period is valid from Malaysia time 0001 hours 16 July 2018 to 2359 hours The travel period must be between 16 July 2018 and 31 March 2020, inclusive of both dates. 15. The voucher code for Offer A is SCMY The voucher code under Offer A does not apply to any booking previously made. Only one voucher Offer B 17. Eligible Cardholders who make payment with SCBMB Cards with a minimum spend of RM3,500 (excluding any taxes, administrative fees, tax recovery charges, fees or additional costs) in local currency per Flight and Hotel package booking on Selected Website automatically qualifies to get a voucher code ( Voucher Code B ) which entitles that Eligible Cardholder to RM200 off the price of an airport transfer booking before the application of any taxes, applicable fees or additional costs ( Offer B ). 18. Offer B may not be used for a hotel only and/ or hotel booking in combination with any other type of 19. This Offer applies to Flight and Hotel packages made online at the Selected Website that are prepaid at the time of booking. It cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid at the destination. Both flight and hotel must be made in the same booking.

3 20. Offer B is valid from Malaysia time 0001 hours 16 July 2018 to 2359 hours 15 July 2019, inclusive of both dates. 21. Voucher Code B shall be issued and notified by Expedia to the Eligible Cardholder via or any other notification method decided by Expedia in its sole discretion. 22. The booking period for Voucher Code B is between 16 July 2018 and 15 July 2019, inclusive of both dates. The travel period is between 16 July 2018 and 15 October 2019, inclusive of both dates. 23. Voucher Code B applies to airport transfer bookings made online at Selected Website that are prepaid at the time of booking. It cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid at the destination. 24. Voucher Code B may not be used for package bookings, e.g. flight + hotel + car packages or packages offered by third parties, stand-alone hotels, or stand-alone flights. 25. Voucher Code B is personal to each Eligible Cardholder and can only be used once. Voucher Code B may not be used or combined with other promotions or special offers, unless otherwise stated. 26. Voucher Code B cannot be used for any booking previously made. It will be deemed fully redeemed once an airport transfer booking has been made. Offer C 27. Eligible Cardholders who make payment with SCBMB Cards are eligible for RM100 off the price of Flight and Hotel package bookings on Selected Website with a minimum spend of RM1,800 (excluding any taxes, administrative fees, tax recovery charges, fees or additional costs) in local currency per booking ( Offer C ). 28. Offer C may not be used for a hotel only and/ or hotel booking in combination with any other type of 29. This Offer applies to Flight and Hotel packages made online at the Selected Website that are prepaid at the time of booking ( Qualifying Booking ). 4 33. The voucher code for Offer C is SCMY The voucher code under Offer C does not apply to any booking previously made. Only one voucher Offer D 35. Eligible Cardholders who make payment with SCBMB Cards are eligible for 10% off the price of hotel bookings on Selected Website (excluding any taxes, administrative fees, tax recovery charges, fees or additional costs) in local currency per booking with no minimum spend requirement ( Offer D ). 36. Offer D may not be used for package bookings, e.g. flight + hotel + car packages or packages offered by third parties, flight + hotel bookings, or flight-only bookings. 37. This Offer applies to hotel-only bookings made online at the Selected Website that are pre-paid at the time of booking ( Qualifying Booking ). It cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid at the destination. 38. The booking period is valid from Malaysia time 0001 hours 16 July 2018 to 2359 hours The travel period must be between 16 July 2018 and 31 March 2020, inclusive of both dates. 40. Offer D applies to participating hotels which are Eligible Hotels. 41. The voucher code for Offer D is SCMY The voucher code under Offer D does not apply to any booking previously made. Only one voucher General 43. The voucher code will be deemed fully redeemed once a Qualifying Booking has been made. 44. The voucher code under all Offers has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered. There is no residual value and no credit will be issued if the booking amount is less than the Discounts as stated in Table A above. The voucher code may not be re-used, even in the event that Eligible Cardholders change or cancel the booking. 45. Only hotels labelled Expedia Rate which are not on the exclusion list as published in ( Exclusion List ) are available for hotel bookings ( Eligible Hotel ) and for which payment is made at the time of booking. 5 may be amended from time to time by Expedia without prior notice. 46. All Offers can only be used by Eligible Cardholders who make a booking directly on the Selected Website, and cannot be used through or by a third party travel agent or intermediary. 47. All Offers may not be used or combined with other promotions or special offers, unless otherwise specified. 48. Eligible Cardholders understand and accept that the Bank is not the supplier of the products/services supplied by Expedia under or in connection with all Offers. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the products/services, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions of goods and/or services provided by Expedia, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices, voucher code redemption or conduct in connection with the promotion of all Offers or in making available all Offers or the products and/or services under all Offers, by Expedia, its employees, officers or agents. 49. Eligible Cardholders understand that AAE Travel Pte Ltd (Company Registration Number M), a corporation incorporated under the laws of Singapore ( Expedia ) having its registered office at 8 Marina Boulevard #05-02, Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 1, Singapore is the provider of all Offers. 50. In the event of inconsistency between the English language version and any other language translations, the English language version shall prevail. 51. The Bank and/or Expedia reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of all Offers without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank and Expedia shall be final and binding on the participants. 52. Additional restrictions, Expedia voucher code and usual booking terms apply. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
