4 Premium hospitality opportunities Please see below important information in relation to the Premium hospitality packages available at GC2018. Item Session classifications Premium hospitality All sessions at which hospitality opportunities are available are classified into two groups to assist with your selection of hospitality opportunities: Red: The highest demand sessions including Opening and Closing Ceremonies, finals and a selection of other premium demand sessions. Capacity for these sessions is limited. Blue: Preliminary and other competition sessions with a higher level of available capacity. Clients who include Blue sessions in their selection of Premium Hospitality opportunities will be given preferential access to purchase selected high value sessions, including Opening Ceremony, Closing Ceremony and sports sessions with limited availability of inventory. Package inclusions for each Premium Hospitality opportunity are detailed in the following pages of this guide. All packages include a GC2018 gift, an Official event program for each guest and a Commemorative VIP souvenir ticket. Minimum order quantities based on operational requirements apply to all Premium Hospitality opportunities. These are detailed in this guide. If you would like to consider a bespoke program of hospitality opportunities that is larger in scale than is covered by this guide, please contact GOLDOC Hospitality on (07) or hospitality@goldoc.com. All prices quoted are excluding GST and are only available while there is available inventory. GOLDOC reserves the right to revise prices at any time subject to the availability of inventory and client demand. Your Premium Hospitality sales executive will provide you with a Hospitality Request form you will be required to complete with your individual or company details together with details of your proposed sessions. 17 Important notes 1. All prices quoted in this guide are excluding GST. 2. GOLDOC will use reasonable endeavours to provide the opportunities requested through a GC2018 Premium Hospitality Request form. However, GOLDOC may accept or refuse any Premium Hospitality Request in its absolute discretion and does not guarantee that any Premium Hospitality Request will be accepted. 3. Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation (GOLDOC) may need to make changes to the premium hospitality opportunities made available due to changes in venue plans, the sports program, demand for facilities and other unforeseen circumstances. GOLDOC reserves the right to revise details and alter the program of hospitality opportunities and will advise relevant parties in a timely manner of any changes. 4. Where beverages are provided as an inclusion within a package, the supply of beverages will follow Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines and the quantity supplied may be restricted to reasonable limits. Alcoholic beverages included in packages include wine, beer and cider. In some facilities Premium hospitality clients may also have access to purchase spirits on a cash basis. 5. The hospitality opportunities detailed in this guide will be available, as long as GOLDOC has inventory available to meet requests.
