4 Trails Work Party Flyer Postcards Trails muddy no they can t be well maybe.. Ok they are super muddy we just don t want them to be. Everyone bring a fan, I m sure if all of us pitched in we could get them all dry by Spring Ride :D (would be a remembered event trying anyway's haha) So excited! All water lines are good! Now we just have to fix the hose on the wash rack and the dump station and we are ready to roll! ** is very muddy right now, so if you can park on the gravel when you come in that would be fantastic! The mower was getting stuck Sunday! *Also, Reminder to shut the gates to camp if you are the last one out. *Dump station & outhouses were just pumped & ready to refill for the season. *The lock boxes for donations are installed (thanks Tom F.) one is located by the pop machine & the the lower outhouse. *Pop machine is filled & ready to quench your thirst! *Cameras are ordered & will be installed as soon as they come in. As a reminder, they will be on Tri-Co s personal property, not directed at every camper. So if you are a lot holder and wish to have your own camera for your personal things feel free to do so. There are solar powered ones available. We have had many items come up missing already this year. *All the cleaning items are in for the work party! OMG It really Is Growing! The grass is growing in camp & on the lots, Lot holders as a friendly reminder, all lots must be mowed & clean for every event, no later then Friday morning before noon of that weekend. (Lots must always be kept tidy year round). We do not currently have anyone offering to mow lots. If lots are not mowed/clean you will be charged $25 & received a warning, which we really don t want to do!! Don t break our hearts, we want you to stay & be happy!! Make sure you save some time to come out Saturday for the work party. Also if anyone has time to ride the trails before the Spring ride, please call Ellen & let her know how they are looking, she not had time to hit all of them due to the wonderful weather. If its something you can clear please do so, but still let her know about it. Parades We have our first one the end of the month! 2 on the same day! Stay current on pg 2 for dates & times. Feel free to ware helmets (18 & under are required)what to warered, white & blue with blue or black jeans. Prefer white cowboy hat. Feel free to decorate your horse but try not to scare the one beside you :) As always just make sure you, your horse, & tack are nice & sparkling clean, bring out your best! Don t forget your new card, get it stamped/signed! Civic Center Bernie turned in another large check. Great job everyone! We are now done for the season. This fall we will start again. We look forward to all the great help again. Berine has also asked if her 4-H club can come run some of the civic center for us, they would get the profits from those days. If we don t want to man as many events this would be good but they want to do about 1 event a week. Our club is very dependent on what we make at these events so please let us know how you feel on this. We do want to help the 4-H, we just need to agree on how. You Can Buy Them or Sell Them! Kliff C. Has the raffle tickets, please contact him to sell them and buy some for yourself! Call or text. Prizes for top sellers! (Kliff & Jessie not included in this lol) At rhe stark tack swap, we sold 59 tickets! 4 Post Card flyers for the events are in! Please see Cynthia about getting some to pass out! The more we pass out the more people will know about us. Lets work together and pack the place like it used to be at all events! There are tons in camp as well if you want to take them to hand out, they are kept stocked. Equine Affaire As always was a bigger success then the year before! They sold 240 raffle tickets & 1 membership. A bunch have already called for reservations for the Spring Ride! Can t thank everyone who helped enough: Ellen, Sally, Gary & Karen, Tom & Karen, Kliff & Amy, Joyce, Debbie M & Jasmine. Total Spent $ (Had $1000) Great Job! New Idea! Clarence brought up a new fundraiser & we will be getting more details to follow through. Lottery pay out. Make a calendar for 1 month and sell # for $5 each. When the lottery draws your number you win $50 during the week and $100 on Saturday, no Sundays. Lottery is drawn all 6 days. If all are sold & every day pays out we make at least $3500! This sounds like a blast! We can do this 2x a year & sell them 2 months prior to that month. Awesome News!! Ben Luster (Clarence's Son n Law) is home! The treatment took! He s not a 100% but is able to et around & feeling much better. Wants to thank everyone for all the support! Always nice to have good news, we can t wait till he s back in camp :) We hope we can soon say the same for PJ s Brother. 50/50 Wanda Ring Won the 50/50 ($21.50) & donated most of it back! Thank you!
