5 All the space you need WE VE GOT EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT With Hall 1 measuring 3,987 sq. m. and Hall 2 2,500 sq. m. you get 6,487 sq. m. of versatile exhibition space. Hall 1 has its own dedicated entrance and a large foyer for registration and ticketing purposes. Both halls have direct access from the main visitor car park, and are welcoming, spacious and easy to reach for your exhibitors and visitors. If it s your first exhibition, you may want to choose Hall 1; then as your show becomes more and more successful over the years, you can extend into Hall 2. Our Halls grow with you, giving you all the space you need whenever you need it.

8 THE FULL WORKS ULTIMATE FLEXIBILITY For the largest of exhibitions why not utilise the full works? We have 28,000 sq. m. of totally flexible space. With a vast reception area zoned to your requirements, you can get your event off to a welcoming start, encouraging free flow of footfall, and a great experience for your visitors and exhibitors. Plus, the easily accessible space means that access and egress is simple, load through our dedicated loading bays and, on occasion you may, drive your large vessels straight into the venue.

10 OUR SUPPORT WAS INVALUABLE From the moment we chose EventCity as the venue for our first ever Auto Body & Motor Claims Expo, we knew we were making the right decision. The sales team handled the enquiry superbly and listened to our very specific needs. The venue is ideally situated close to numerous transport links, meaning it was easy for our exhibitors and visitors to get to the Expo. The free parking offered undoubtedly helped us to hit our attendance target. The flexibility of the event space allowed our exhibitors to be adventurous in their exhibits, meaning we had a large number of vehicles indoors, and numerous demonstrations of auto body repair equipment. The on-site security team managed the event build-up and breakdown expertly, so we were free to concentrate on our exhibitors. Nothing was too much trouble. Given it was the first exhibition for many of our exhibitors, you can imagine there were more than a couple of teething troubles for some! EventCity offered us invaluable and much-appreciated on-going support and guidance in the weeks leading up to the Expo. The EventCity team were exemplary in their handling of our event.

11 WE RE SUPERB We launched Childcare Expo Manchester in EventCity has proved a popular venue for all our visitors, with ample parking; and the intu Trafford Centre across the road makes our event part of a day out. EventCity staff are always on hand to answer any questions and the on-site team during the event are superb. We look forward to many more years at EventCity.

12 WE EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS Launching a show in a new territory is always a daunting process. For Media 10 this was our first show in the North West so there were a lot of unknown aspects to every element. From the very beginning we were supported by the team at EventCity. Their enthusiasm and excitement for the show allowed us to work closely on producing a show and a marketing campaign that exceeded all of our expectations. The results were over 36,000 visitors to the Ideal Home Show and 32,000 to the Ideal Home Show at Christmas, making the shows the biggest launches the North West has ever seen.

13 WE DELIVERED A WONDERFULLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE The whole of the EventCity team who helped the team at Build It Live put on a really successful show over the weekend. Your help and professionalism did not go unnoticed. To all the cleaning staff who were always on the ball, regularly checking that bins were emptied and that the whole space was kept clean, thank you. I also want to mention restocking of the milk too thank you for keeping us and all our exhibitors and contractors happy & energised! Nothing like a cuppa when on site first thing and late at night. Everyone played an essential role to pull off what I believe was a successful event. Thank you for your huge team effort and for making this experience for me, wonderfully positive.

18 EXHIBITION SustainabILITY YOUR SUSTAINABILITY EVENT PARTNER When you book your exhibition with us, we will work collaboratively with you to make sure your exhibition meets all your sustainability objectives. A sustainable event partner, we are currently ISO compliant and are working towards meeting the requirements of ISO This is a management system standard designed by The International Organization for Standardisation to help organisations in the events industry improve the sustainability of their event related activities, products and services. To this end, we run an energy reduction programme which ensures that all our exhibitions are as respectful as possible of the environment and our community, and we work with event organisers to make sure our exhibitions produce the minimum of waste. Over 98% of waste we generate on-site is diverted from landfill, with 69% being recycled and 29% turned into energy. We re aiming for a 100% recycling target. All of our exhibition retail catering outlets use Vegware cups, crockery and cutlery all of which are 100% compostable. The Kitchen - our in-house food and beverage team - has separate recycling streams for paper, cardboard and glass and we re investigating an innovative food waste recycling system. As for energy saving, we re currently using electronic menus, and we use energy-saving walk-in fridges and freezers.

Once we understand your exhibition and target audience, we will provide the appropriate food and beverage to appeal to your visitors and exhibitors alike. Your visitors will be able to choose from hot and cold options to suit their taste buds. We offer options for visitors and exhibitors who are gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan. We can also supply food for your crew.
