Delays in the resolution of Stadium overlay and Government guarantees Fever is slowly catching on. Working relationship between Host Cities and Fifa/LOC THEM AND US. Situation addressed at HC meeting 12/13 Nov. Vastly Improved relationship. Nelson Mandela Bay is confident that the LOC and the Host cities will deliver an excellent world cup in 2010, despite the challenges. The resilience of South Africans will prevail. 74
