5 NEW Welcome Reception and Verzinkerparty (Exhibition Networking Evening) To be held in the Exhibition Hall in the evening of Monday 18 June, the Welcome Reception (sponsored by Rezinal nv) will be followed by an Exhibition Networking Evening with drinks, food (sponsored by Stockmeier Chemie GmbH & Co. KG) and musical entertainment for all delegates and accompanying persons. Gala Dinner Taking place at the Konzerthaus Berlin, the Gala Dinner is proudly sponsored by the galvanizing companies within the Board of the Industrieverband Feuerverzinken (Zinkpower, Seppeler, The Coatinc Company, Feuerverzinkerei Meyer, Otto Lehmann, Verzinkerei Dortmund). 10 Visits, tours and registration Visits to galvanizing plants Intergalva 2018 delegates can visit some of Germany s leading and most technologically-advanced galvanizing plants. The programme of visits will include 14 plants across the country. In addition to visits around the Berlin area, lntergalva 2018 will include 2-day visits on 21/22 June 2018 to the areas of Munich, Cologne or Bremen that will include some sightseeing alongside the visits to the plants. Sightseeing tours An exciting selection of optional sightseeing tours will be available for accompanying persons (spouses) attending Intergalva It will be a wonderful opportunity to get a taste of Germany and ensure you don t miss the highlights of Berlin and the surrounding area. Registration Registration will open in December You will be able to register online including registration for accompanying persons, sightseeing tours and plant visits and your hotel accommodation. Delegates requiring visas for entry into Germany are asked to apply for their visas at their local German Embassy. Visa support is available and if letters of invitation are required, please contact us. Hotel accomodation Special rates at the Estrel Hotel will be available for Intergalva 2018 delegates and exhibitors. 11 Travelling to Intergalva Berlin is easy to access as it sits in the heart of Europe. The city has two airports, Berlin Schönefeld and Berlin Tegel, that are both very well connected to the Estrel hotel or the centre of Berlin and its surrounding area. If you are coming by air take advantage of the special Intergalva deals with our official airline partner Lufthansa. The Sonnenallee S-Bahn train station can be reached on foot in only three minutes.
