2 To Companies interested in the Australian and South Asian oil and gas market February 2016 Perth Convention Exhibition Centre Invitation For the ninth concecutive year we will organize a joint pavilion at the Australasian Oil & Gas Expo staged in Perth 22 to 24 February Commercial, A package that contains most; Stand Rental - Floor coverings - stand walls - electrics - basic furnishings - An informal place / cafe where you can invite guests and hold a single meeting - meeting rooms - hotel booking - events, etc. - storage of empties - entry in the exhibition catalogue - unlimited number of exhibitor cards - coordination / project management. Especially at this exhibition: The Perth Convention Exhibition Centre is located at the banks of Swan River, 6-7 minutes walk from the business district. The main street is St. Georges Terrace - where most of the operating companies have offices. The social aspect is emphasized high, with its own golf tournament, daily happy hours and various events from gala dinners and award ceremonies to informal "Get together". Opening hours: 11,00 to 19,00 Wednesday / Thursday and 11,00 to 16,00 on Friday. A highligt at AOG is of course the Kangaroo-Viking Challenge, that will be staged Saturday 25/2 after the AOG www. In 2017 most conference sessions will be free. The main part of conference sessions will be held in specially constructed theatres on the exhibition floor. Your company - your product At our pavilion most things are included, but YOU CAN KEEP YOUR OWN PROFILE. By participating in the CNP you will have a better infrastructure around your booth and a national pavilion itself draws a lot of the audience. The pavilion has a single common profile with a banner hanging above the stand walls and divididing banners with stand numbers and your logo between standbooths, but all the walls are available for exhibitors. We collect various companies to achieve synergies, allocating overhead costs and help each other to achieve the best results out of the participation. YOU KNOW YOUR PRODUCT / SERVICE, KNOW how to organise a joint pavilion. Messer & Display AS can mount your decor / display solutions and will be present at the show a few days in advance of the event, as well for the dismantling after the show. You should not have to worry about deadlines, they fit us on. You should not have to read all the rules and conditions, we take care of them. And you should not have to worry about artisans in the last minute. We are in place in Perth 5 days before the show and 3 days after the show. What you need to think about yourself: Your own profile - exhibition material - brochures - video / interactive presentations - posters - give aways - exhibition staff and PRODUCTS.

3 22-24 February 2017 Perth Convention Exhibition Centre Standard offer You get the space you need. For practical reasons, 3 m width / depth is set as minimum, giving a minimum size of 9 m 2. Exhibitions & Display AS has secured an area of 386 m 2 distributed in five areas m 2 will be used as common areas. Exhibition walls and floor coverings will be selected at a later stage, where we take into account the wishes of exhibitors, as well as the use of colour in your decor. Furniture included is standing table, bar stools (although we encourage exhibitors to use the common area when they should "sit down"), simple counters, brochure stands / brochure racks and trash baskets. There is no limit on the number, you get what you need. Electrical Plug is different from European standards in Australia, but we will make adapters available. Lighting is included in the package price by ordinaire spotlights mounted on the exhibition walls. You get the number of points and spots that you require. Special Lighting - theatrical lights - halogen, etc. are additional. AV equipment is payable, but we will make mounting / dismounting and other assistance at no cost. Exhibitor Cards You get the number of exhibitors cards as you need. You will get a separate password, which you order these online and submit the company information for the exhibition catalogue / website. Cafe / meeting rooms / storage The pavilion will have a common area for use by its own staff and guests. The area can be used for meetings, but the other exhibitors will have access to get refreshments. There will also be a separate meeting room. Serving is simple refreshments, fruit, coffee / tea, mineral water, beer and snacks. A light luncheon is also served with different content each day. Access to the cafe / refreshments are included in the package price. Furthermore, there will be a small storage in the common area where you can store brochures, etc. Transportation - unloading and loading In cooperation with GreenCarrier AS, we will add up to joint transport to / from the exhibition, and clearance / forwarding at a specific exhibition price list. Contact; Magne Eide , magne.eide@greencarrier.no Unpacking before exhibitions / packing of exhibition stands You are responsible for yourself, but we will provide the best possible service also here. Accommodation As part of the service, we assist with the ordering of the total accommodation. Perth has developed as Stavanger and Aberdeen with the oil show occupying all rooms and thus high exhibition rates. Due to our size we have allready secured rooms at a fixed rate for 2017 at the Hilton Perth Parmelia Hotel. This is in reasonable walking distance from exhibition center. Prices are down $95.00 compared with last years AOG, even a little bit down before/after show week.. Hilton Perth Parmelia - 3 min. walk from the exhibition center - LOWER PRICES THAN 2016! Room category - example: Rates per room - show week: Weekend before/after: Hilton King Guestroom AUD (NOK 2.700) AUD (NOK 1.400) Hilton has set up a dedicated web page for our group where You can order and ammend Your order up to a week before arrival. During the exhibition days rates will be high, as we prioritize lower prices in the days before/after the show. Be aware that most hotels run a flat rate, which gives You a higher total cost. This is a larger hotel where prices indicate something of quality. Hilton Parmelia has recently undergone a large scale renovation of rooms, so most rooms are recently upgraded.

4 22-24 February 2017 Perth Convention Exhibition Centre Coordination / project management Messer & Display AS stands for all the planning and execution of the joint pavilion. We are responsible to the organizer and subcontractors, provides statutory insurance and permits. You will have Norwegian invoice from us, with Norwegian tax deductible. Furthermore, we will watch any deadlines, ensuring that exhibitors receive all necessary information and have a continuous contact with the organizer. We ensure that all exhibition materials arrive at your stand and that everything will be returned after the show. During show week we have personnel present at the pavilion, to provide all necessary assistance. In addition to the solution package, we can coordinate Your individual booth, design, decoration of the booth with your products and AV equipment. Simply make sure the stand is ready to use when you arrive. Air travel There are multiple routes, often depending on the bonus card / company agreements you have. From Flesland KLM flies daily (along with Malaysia Air / Singapore Airlines), arriving in Perth the following day (2 stops in Amsterdam / Kuala Lumpur or Singapore), or through Abu Dhabi codesharing with Ethiad. Corresponding flight from Sola, Kjevik, Værnes, Torp and Gardermoen. From Gardermoen You can also fly AirFrance daily via Paris. SAS, along with Singapore Airlines, flies from Flesland, Sola, Kjevik Værnes and Torp via London / Dubai every day (2 stops). SAS also offers flights along with Singapore Airlines via London. You can also travel via Copenhagen and Bangkok (Thai Air), but this is the longest flight in time. Lufthansa/Singapore and Thai Air also flies from Sola / Flesland / Gardermoen daily, via Frankfurt. British Airways flies from Frankfurt / Heathrow, with the possibility for connection via Lufthansa / SAS. The route goes via Singapore in collaboration with Quantas (2 stops). Visa There is no ordinary visa to Australia, but European citizens must have an electronic visa that can be on the website This applies for 12 months, but no longer single visit than 3 months. Be aware that this is a free service, although travelinmg agencies try to sell a full visa and/or charge You for this service. Other As usual, Messer & Display AS come with prices of banner decor - simple posters or the entire wall surfaces. We will come back to this, closer up to the show.
