2 What is the 2018 National Volunteering Conference? The National Volunteering Conference is the principal Australian forum for not-for-profit leaders, managers of volunteers, policy makers, corporates, and the public, to come together to advance volunteering. The biennial Conference is supported by a proud and successful history, and provides a platform for delegates to learn, share, inspire, and create. Held over three days in Sydney, delegates will take away knowledge, skills, and networks to inspire their local community, contributing to a sustainable future for volunteering in Australia. Conference Theme The 2018 Conference aims to ignite, invigorate, inspire delegates through an engaging three-day program that addresses challenges facing the sector and identifies opportunities for progress. The Conference will be forward-thinking and solutions-focused, leveraging the unique position of the sector to harness the power of volunteer involvement to solve some of the most pressing problems of our time. Delegates will be primed to be at the forefront of innovation and collaboration, and will have an unparalleled opportunity to shape the future of volunteering in Australia.

The Exhibition Hall will be a hub of activity, with all meal breaks to be held in the Hall. This will give your organisation maximum exposure to Conference delegates. Further, as an Exhibitor your organisation will be featured on the Conference website, the Conference app, and in marketing and communications leading up to, and following, the event. Your exhibition booth, located in the Exhibition Hall, will be designed to maximise networking opportunities and exposure to all Conference delegates. The Exhibition Hall is where all coffee and meals will be had, and your exhibition booth will be centred in the Conference s primary activity hub. Your opportunity will be enhanced through: + Spacious lounge areas for effective networking and exposure to Conference delegates; + Warm lighting and a friendly environment designed to create an inviting atmosphere, and the primary choice for Conference delegates to gather; + The Welcome Reception taking place on the first night of the Conference within the Exhibition Hall to provide a relaxed meet and greet environment; + All daytime catering, including morning and afternoon teas, and lunch breaks, taking place within the Exhibition Hall to ensure maximum contact time with conference delegates; + First-class support from the International Convention Centre, Sydney; and, + Flexible exhibition options, including tiered opportunities with affordable price points Exhibition Options Available Exhibition Booths and Tables provide a lucrative opportunity for your organisation to gain maximum exposure to an audience committed to building stronger, more resilient communities in Australia. One exhibition booth consists of: + 3m x 3m stand (2.5m high walls) + 2 x 150W LED lights + Access to reasonable power + 1 x clothed trestle table and 2 x chairs* + Digital print fascia with organisation s name * Furniture packages can be upgraded at the cost of the exhibitor directly with the exhibition supplier. A 2.0% fee will apply to credit card payments. Additional Exhibitor Passes $330 inc GST Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased for the Exhibition Hall only. Exhibitor passes include access to the Exhibition Hall, refreshments, and lunch. If exhibitors wish to purchase a full registration, they will be given the Early Bird rate. * A 2.0% fee will apply to credit card payments. 6
