2 WA Fire and Emergency Services Conference The 2015 Western Australia Fire and Emergency Services (WAFES) Conference provides a unique opportunity for exhibitors to gain exposure with fire and emergency services delegates from across Western Australia. Taking place at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre from September 2015, the conference brings together up to 800 Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) personnel and volunteers from across a range of services. This is the first time commercial exhibitors have been invited to participate in the WAFES Conference. Throughout the weekend, participants attend a range of sessions and events, and have ample free time to peruse exhibitor displays and gather information. It is anticipated that the exhibition pavilion will be well attended by delegates, providing you with the prospect of promoting your goods or services within a highly receptive environment. The theme for this year s conference is Putting Community First. Who will attend? Exhibitors have the opportunity to engage with: DFES personnel State Emergency Service delegates Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service delegates Volunteer Bush Fire Service delegates Volunteer Fire Services delegates Volunteer Emergency Service delegates Volunteer Marine Rescue Services delegates. Venue The Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC) is a state-of-the-art, purpose-built convention, exhibition and meeting venue. Ideally located in the heart of the city and next to the beautiful Swan River, PCEC is within easy walking distance of many hotels, restaurants and shops. With its versatile meeting spaces, excellent technical facilities and world class catering and other services. They include government, not for profit, commercial and industry specific exhibitors, such as: Suppliers of fire and rescue equipment Suppliers of personal protective equipment Suppliers of marine rescue equipment Research centres relevant to the emergency services sector Emergency service partner agencies Suppliers listed on the DFES Common Use Agreement (CUA) DFES services for volunteers Volunteer associations.

Cancellations received prior to 31 July 2015 will have all payments returned less a $110 administration fee. Card Number Cardholders Name Cancellations from 1 August 2015 will forfeit 50% payment. Cancellations from 18 August 2015 onwards will receive no refund and will be liable for payment of the balance should it not have been received by the cancellation date. Signature Terms & Conditions The conference host and organiser will take diligent care to fulfil the listed exhibition commitments. Exhibitors are responsible for providing all their own promotional requirements. Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their own equipment and materials whilst at the conference.
