6 THE BUILDING DESIGN OVERVIEW The building has been transformed to deliver newlyrefurbished office space, with landscaped communal gardens and break-out areas. A large communal roof terrace, available to all occupiers of the building, offers panoramic views of the River Thames and London s skyline beyond. The building was stripped back to expose the original vaulted concrete ceilings. The exposed concrete has been complimented with a contemporary lighting solution and high quality timber flooring. 9 THE BUILDING HISTORY This prominent building in Ravenscourt Park has a rich heritage: it was designed by renowned architect Richard Seifert on the site which was once the home of the world-famous International Time Recording Company. Seifert was the architect and visionary behind London s Centrepoint and NatWest Tower buildings. He and his practice were responsible for creating more London-based buildings than Sir Christopher Wren and designed over 500 office buildings across the UK and Europe. The International Time Recording Company was the world s largest manufacturer of time recorders - many of their iconic timepiece designs have today become collectable items.
