Whether you re on your own or have staff, the Innovation Centre at Milton Park will meet your needs affordably. Our friendly team make it easy to settle in without fuss. Set in beautiful Oxfordshire parkland, Milton Park is one of the largest business parks in the UK. Join us and become part of a thriving community of 250 businesses. Superb on-site facilities include cafes, a health centre, nursery, pharmacy, shops, newsagents and more. Your business can grow in a setting that enhances lifestyle. Introduction The Innovation Centre is located at the heart of Milton Park, accommodating over 80 businesses in state-of-the-art serviced offices. There are purpose-built meeting rooms and conference facilities to suit every business need. The lounge is open to resident businesses and their guests. Virtual packages Support services at the Innovation Centre include a Milton Park mailing address, telephone answering and direct dial facilities, mail handling, office facilities by the day and a choice of meeting rooms. Meetings & Conferences A variety of public rooms and conference facilities are available for holding meetings large or small, training events, interviews, seminars, exhibitions, etc. Friendly on-site staff make it easy to set everything up. Serviced offices A choice of serviced offices from 85 to 1500 sq ft can accommodate small businesses of between 1 and 20 people. 3 Business Lounge Meetings and Conferences Why not meet your colleagues or clients in a relaxed, informal atmosphere, away from the distractions of your office? An attractive business lounge is available to resident businesses and their guests from 8 am to 5 pm every day. The business lounge offers: Seating for up to 50 people Costa coffee bar serving both hot and cold refreshments Free WiFi Charging points Please contact us if you want to hire the business lounge for an event. Rooms can be hired for many types of meeting, accommodating up to 60 people. 4 Virtual Packages Serviced Offices You can choose between three virtual packages to suit your business situation. They are ideal for businesses which don t need full-time office premises, yet would like to benefit from having the Innovation Centre, Milton Park as a professional business address. Postal Business mailing address at the centre Mail handling on receipt Virtual The following are included in the standard Virtual monthly charge Business mailing address at the Centre. 1 x Direct Dial In (DDI) telephone number chosen from available numbers at the Centre Telephone answering during normal opening hours of the Centre 8.30am 5.00pm in the Company Name as designated by the user. Calls can be transferred to an external landline or mobile number if required. Additional charges are made for the cost of the call Mail handling and receipt any mail received will be held for collection Our flexible serviced office packages are designed to suit the needs of small businesses from biosciences to building websites. If your business has between one and 20 people, you ll be joining over 80 like-minded businesses already in residence at the Innovation Centre. As part of a community of dynamic young businesses, you will enjoy plenty of opportunities to connect, including weekly networking coffee mornings. You ll have access to the wider online community at Milton Park so you can keep in touch with as many other businesses as you like. It s easy to move into larger premises at Milton Park - many have done so. But if you decide to move elsewhere, you only need to give one month s notice. Because our packages are all-inclusive with clear and transparent monthly charges, you get peace of mind, knowing your costs are under control. A dedicated on-site team offers the highest levels of service, with a receptionist answering calls in your business name between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm.
