For urgent referrals appointments can generally be offered earlier. 2. Clinics are shown in alphabetical order with specialised clinics shown under a general heading i.e. Rheumatology is a sub-heading of General Medicine and Colo-rectal is a sub- heading of General Surgery. 3. Waiting times shown (in weeks) are the expected wait for referrals received on or soon after the 31 December 2006 for the first routine appointment. 4. Patients and GPs are asked not to come back seeking an earlier appointment unless there is a material change in the patient's condition.
