This site is ideal for smaller companies either in the offshore wind turbine supply chain or in the subsea sector. Port of Tyne The Port of Tyne North Estate Enterprise Zone site, which is the largest single Enterprise Zone site at 30 hectares, is only 96 nautical miles from Dogger Bank and is targeted at a large inward investor in the offshore wind turbine industry. A range of other industrial sites are available throughout North Tyneside in river and urban locations including the Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate and Morston Quays.
