The Group Conference is one of Stonehage Fleming s signature training and development programmes. It is a critical component of our working year, and an important element of our employees career progression with Stonehage Fleming. 3 2. PROGRAMME SATURDAY, 9 JUNE On your arrival at Lisbon Airport, you will be met and transferred to the hotel, the Penha Longa resort, Sintra. Please look out for the driver with the Stonehage Fleming logo when you enter the arrivals area. Please note: From your arrival until the formal activities commence at 19:00 all soft drinks and other non-alcoholic refreshments consumed will be covered by Stonehage Fleming. Any alcoholic drinks will be for your own personal account. This will include team work, negotiation, time management, communication, leadership skills, operational performance, creative and lateral thinking, project/task delivery, overcoming the unfamiliar, language barriers, body language, cultural understanding/diversity and collaboration. Dress Code: casual, comfortable clothing & footwear. Bring your rucksacks, sun lotion and wet wipes (which will all be supplied upon arrival) 10:00 Depart Hotel by coach for Sintra 10:20 Team Building commences 12:00 12:30 Packed lunches in gardens 12:30 Recommence Team Building activity 14:00 Group activity finishes - return to hotel by coach 14:30 Enjoy free time 19:00 Drinks reception and awards presentation in the Arabe Room 19:30 Transfer to dinner 20:00 Dinner at Terrazza Cascais Dress Code: Smart Casual (no shorts or trainers) The night to dress up, so wear your party gear and bring your dancing shoes! Bring your rucksacks, sun lotion and wet wipes 09:45 Arrival at Oeiras Marina Group activity 10:45 Arrive at Lisbon Marina for refreshments 11:00 Delegates to depart Lisbon Marina for a special guided tour of Lisbon Including 30 min stop off for coffee and traditional delicacies 13:30 Tour ends in Terreiro do Paca Lunch at Museu Da Cerveja There is a beer museum on the top floor of the restaurant which guests can explore free of charge. 15:00 Return to hotel via coach Option to stay and explore Lisbon (return taxi approx. EUR25-30) 15:30 Arrival back to hotel Enjoy free time 19:00 20:00 Drinks reception in the Monastery Courtyard 20:00 Dinner at the Monastery, followed by after dinner drinks in the hotel bar
