Day Trips: Full payment is required 10 days after making your reservation. 8. Day Trips: If cancelled inside 45 days (and you do not have Travel Insurance or Cancellation Waiver), a $20 penalty applies plus non-recoverable charges. 9. Multi-Day Trips: For One Night Trips, a $100 per person deposit is required to confirm your reservation. For Two or More Nights, a $250 per person deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due 45 days prior to trip. Please mark your calendar. 10. Multi-Day Trips: If cancelled inside 45 days (and you do not have Travel Insurance), a $50 penalty applies plus non-recoverable charges. If cancelled inside 21 days, a 50% penalty applies plus nonrecoverable charges. 11. Full Refund if cancelled 45 days in advance. 12. No Refunds on trips cancelled 5 Days prior to departure. 13. No Refunds on Theater or Show Tickets. 14. Refunds are processed after trip is complete. 15.
