Established in 1978, we have been providing prestigious hotels and resorts with bespoke spa furniture since Working from initial concepts through to delivery and installation, we provide an expert and comprehensive consultancy-based design service for spa designers, architects, hotel owners and operators. Our knowledge and understanding of materials, manufacturing techniques and ergonomics, combined with craftsmanship and attention to detail enables us to help our clients create the unique and curated experiences synonymous with their brand. 4 GEO r The GEO r is our original relaxation bed. It is synonymous with 5-star spa relaxation rooms around the world. The design features an inset plinth and generous rectangular platform, giving the impression it is floating. The beds can be right or left-handed, with a smartphone docking port and switch plate on the platform beside it. Our control panels are made to suit each spa s audio requirements. It is shown here in black lacquer with optional built-in reading light and control panel to control the electrically adjustable rise and fall headrest and footrest. 6 7

Luke Hughes were commissioned to provide spa beds for the 14 single and double treatment rooms in the Wellness spa. Bespoke GEO r relaxation beds were made in a stained oak, with electric adjustment of the headrests and footrests, and built-in reading lights.... a hotel that various luxury-travel writers and industry members had recommended to me. A common sentiment was that the hotel has managed to preserve its traditional character while still embracing innovation. A holistic hotel spa, it combines Eastern and Western techniques to deliver a perfect haven of peace and tranquillity. Luke Hughes designed a set of relaxation beds in teak solids and veneers, which featured integrated control panels for lighting, and electrically adjustable headrests and footrests. This room is a joy: a circular room in the centre of the spa with candles and gold-plated pillars reflecting the light. Give yourself ample time to snuggle back onto a lounger, adjust your reading light and sip some herbal tea before you return to the world with a skip in your step. 10 EKO e+ Developed in a collaboration with Tomoko Azumi of the London-based t.n.a. design studio, EKO e+ incorporates angled, slatted screens that create privacy from other clientele, whilst allowing the user to lie on the bed and admire the view. A platform up-lighter provides mood lighting for the interior, the levels of which can be set by the staff of each individual spa. Screens are available in natural ply, clear lacquer or colour finishes. Designs and materials can be altered to order. The EKO e+ can be right or left handed - ideal for creating a cocoon for two users

In the grounds of this luxury 5 star hotel the waters of Killarney s largest lake, Lough Lein, reflect the wilderness of Kerry s magnificent McGillycuddy Reeks Mountain range in the scenic South West of Ireland. Luke Hughes were commissioned to provide EKO e+ relaxation beds for this prestigious venue. The slatted screens were finished in a natural stain to blend into the scenic mountain backdrop. 15 Pedicure thrones Our free-standing pedicure thrones are all bespoke, and are adjustable to ensure both the client and the therapist are totally comfortable during treatments. They can be designed to be right or left-handed to optimise the use of space. A range of features can be incorporated: reclining backrest, sliding seats, custom-made sinks, adjustable footrests, magazine racks, side storage and more.
