Izmir Orientation Tour Enjoy a brief orientation tour of Turkey s 3rd largest city passing by its famous landmarks such as the Clock Tower at Konak Square, the Customs House at Konak Pier built by one Gustave Eiffel and browse the Kemeralti market. Thereafter, head to the café-lined seaside promenade, the Kordon for lunch. iconic Library of Celsius, the magnificent façade still maintaining its architectural designs. See the remains of the brothel, Hadrian s Temple, Trojan Fountain and baths. Lastly, visit a Leather Outlet Center and enjoy a Live Fashion Show. Konak Square, Izmir DAY 03 Kusadasi - 190km - Pamukkale (Hotel Breakfast / Local Lunch / Hotel Dinner) Selcuk / Ephesus Tour After breakfast, visit the House of Virgin Mary, where some people believed that the Virgin Mary lived here with St John towards the end of her life. Continue visit the ruins of Ephesus from the lower entrance, you will walk pass the ruins of the Vedius Gymnasium, the Arcadian Way and view the Great Amphitheatre. Proceed along the Marble Way to the DAY 05 Konya - 280km - Cappadocia (Hotel Breakfast / Local Lunch / Local Dinner) This morning, en route to Cappadocia, visit Sultanhani Caravanserai, a well preserved highway hotel for ancient traders and travellers. Cappadocia Tour (Part I) Sirince Village In the afternoon, visit one of Turkey s best preserved traditional village, Sirince. Stroll through the bazaar - like streets, enjoy a local wine tasting session before heading for your hotel in Kusadasi. Turkish Home Cooking Class Experience (approximately 3 hours) Escape from the bustling city day and discover some secrets of Turkish traditional cuisine. You will enjoy a delightful home cook style lunch, then participate in comprehensive cooking class, learn to identify aromatic Turkish spices and prepare some small dishes.
