We will start early in the morning to avoid rush hour in the crowded streets of Santiago, we will head north through the international Carretera San Martin,in direction to San Felipe, from where we will ride the amazing asphalt from Putaendo to 1 / 6

2 Cabildo. After a typical Chilean lunch we will start an incredible adventure trough the old gravel roads, forgotten valleys and small towns. We will finish the day climbing up and down the defiant La Cuesta del Espino to sleep in Combarbalá. 380 km (60% Paved) 2 / 6

3 Day 2 Combarbala - La Serena. We will continue our adventure through wonderful dirt roads climbing the mountain range to Tulahuén passing along small villages of goat sheperds, then we will go down the wonderful Limari vine valleys, passing throught La Paloma Dam and the city of Ovalle. After filling out tanks we will continue deep into the beautiful Hurtado Valley where we will have time to rest and have a great lunch. Now we will get ready to start climbing the cordillera reaching the heights of the many observatories that watch the privileged skyes of the Elqui Valley. After a nice panoramic photo contemplating the beauty of the pisco valley, we will end our day in La Serena 320 km (60% Paved) Day 3 La Serena - Bahia Inglesa. We will head north to the panamerican highway, climbing up the Cuesta Buenos Aires to enter the Atacama desert, the driest in the world, where we will be impressed by the greatness of its scenery. After a lunch of typical Diner of Chilean food in Vallenar, we will continue north and stop at the beach town of Bahia Inglesa were we will enjoy it s delicious sea food and rest. 420 km (70% Paved) Day 4 Bahia Inglesa - Antofagasta. We will continue through the Panamerican highway following the ocean to then enter into the heat and the powerful winds of the desert, We will stop at the legendary Agua Verde Hosteria, a traditional stop for bikers and the last resource of fuel and food in this part of the desert. We will continue our adventure north, and stop for a picture at the legendary hand of the desert sculpture to get one of the most renowned photos of adventure 3 / 6

4 motorcycle travelling, we will finish this day in the city of Antofagasta. 400 km (95% Paved) Day 5 Antofagasta - San Pedro Atacama. We will head east on our way to San Pedro de Atacama not before stopping for a few pictures in Baquedano train museum. From there we will take mining roads and climb the Cordillera de la Sal to go deep into the Salar de Atacama valley and Salt Flats, Mountains and Volcanoes.
