1 December 15, 2018 Greetings Family Members & Friends: We hope this letter finds you all well. With the 2019 Atherton- Joseph Family Reunion just seven months away, we d like to present you with a list of important dates, activities, and costs for your planning purposes. Please see the information below, and let us know if you have any questions. Also, we ask that you complete your registration form(s) and return them to me (Cyril) no later than February 28, Reunion dates: July 14 21, The base hotel is Torres De Alba. Note: Some family members and friends may arrive prior to July 14th. Anyone arriving ahead of the commencement date (July 14, 2019) and would like more information on tours, restaurants, etc., please contact the front desk and they will be able to assist you. A registration fee of $ is required for all adults 12 years or older or $50.00 for children under 12. This registration fee is required for expenses including T- shirts, Security, Saturday Night Dinner Dance, snacks in the evening in the activity room, and admin Expenses. 2 Sun 07/14/19 Mon 07/15/19: Family members and friends check in at the family reunion desk, which will be adjacent to the hotel front desk. Mon 07/15/19 8:00 AM 4:00 PM: Check- in, Admin Time, visit to malls, subway, and local tours etc. Mon 07/15/19 6:00 PM 11:00 PM: Welcome Night, Torres De Alba activity room. Snacks will be provided, and the price is included in the registration fee. Following Welcome Night festivities, we will have games (Mexican Train, Rummicube, Card Game "Golf", Dominoes) and other entertainment available for you. Tuesday 07/16/19 8:00 AM 5:00 PM: Panama City Tour: Fee $33.00 adults and $20.00 for children under 12 years old. Transportation is $20.00 per person. Tuesday 07/16/19 6:00 PM 9:00 PM: Talent Show (Those of you who would like to participate can contact Ashley Atherton for more information) Snacks are provided and covered. Tuesday 9:00 PM 11:00 PM: Games in the Torres De Alba activity room. Have some fun, listen to salsa music, and reminisce. Wednesday 07/17/19 9:00 AM 1:00 PM: Tour of Miraflores Locks: The fee is $20.00 per adult (12 and older) and $12.00 for children under 12. Transportation (round trip) is estimated at $20.00 for adults and $10.00 for children under 12 years old. Wednesday 07/17/19 1:00 PM 5:00 PM: No host lunch: Sight seeing and shopping at the Causeway. Wednesday 07/17/19 6:00 PM 11:00 PM: Games in the activity room at Torres De Alba, snacks will be provided.

3 Thursday 07/18/19 8:00 AM 5:00 PM: Picnic at Resort Gaviota- Coronado: Price for the picnic: adults $35.00 each, children under 12 years $ T- shirts (price included in registration fee) will be worn on this date. Transportation to and from Resort Gaviota- Coronado is estimated at $50.00 per person. The agenda for the picnic is as follows: 9:00 AM WELCOMING BY THE STAFF OF GAVIOTA, AND HANDING OUT OF BRACELETS. 9:30 AM TYPICAL BREAKFAST: Coffee, tea or natural juice, chorizos, white cheese, tortillas or hojaldres. 12:30 PM LUNCH: Hawaiian Pork chops Coconut Rice with Guandu Potato Salad with Carrots Plantains Refreshment Dessert Snacks (Assorted sandwiches, chicken wings, pineapple) additional $5.50 per person Thursday 07/18/19 6:00 PM 11:00 PM: Game room activities Friday 07/19/19 Free Day: This is reserved for you to do as you please. Note: The activity room will be available all day and night. Snacks are provided in the evening time and the price for snacks is covered with your registration fee. Saturday 07/20/19 08:00 AM 4:00 PM: Free time- last minute shopping etc. Saturday 07/20/19 6:00 PM 11:00 PM: Dinner Dance to include a Folklore show.

4 Sunday 07/21/19: Departure Day- Note: Make sure you check with hotel transportation a day prior to your departure for transportation to airport. Please note: In order to keep the price for the reunion affordable, most tours were omitted and they are listed below. If you or members in your group would like to book one of the following tours, please let us know in advance, so it can be arranged. Remember, Friday and part of Saturday is available for that purpose. Optional Activities & Prices 1.
